Redecorated in 2010 and nestled between the Barony Golf course and Port Royal Racquet Club, this charming Ocean Palms, Low country styled-villa offers two luxury baths with whirlpool tubs. Fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and washer-dryer. Other amenities include an entertainment center with television, DVD player/VCR and AM-FM stereo, ceiling fans and wet bar--just to name a few. Our villa also has a screened porch over-looking a lagoon and the seventh fairway of the Port Royal Barony Golf Course.
You will enjoy charging privileges on your villa account through the Westin resort hotel, and a shuttle offers a quick and easy ride between your villa, the beach, tennis, golf and the Westin Resort where the hotel restaurants and facilities are available for your pleasure. Year Purchased: 2004
We vacationed for years along the Connecticut shore just 30 miles from where we live. Most rental properties along New England shores date back to the 1920's and 30's. They are truly summer cottages with limited amenities. Back in 1984 my wife saw an ad in a local newspaper for a decorator furnished condo at a rental price lower than the 1920's cottage we had rented the previous year. The condo was a short walk to the beach and had a TV, washer/dryer, microwave and was fully furnished. Our Connecticut shore cottage had none of these features. It didn't even have interior finished walls. Just bear studs! We went to Hilton Head that year and have been going every year since. We own timeshare weeks on HHI in addition to our villa. This is the second villa we have owned here. We particularly love our Ocean Palms villa because of its affiliation with the Westin Hotel and the short walk to the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Palms
We first visited Hilton Head Island in 1984. We fell in love with the island, it's casual living, active sports and great beaches. We have not stopped coming back.

Bruce really treated me right, communication was excellent, he agreed to use Paypal, he used a written contract, everything was handled with a lot of professionalism, I would not hesittate at all to rent from him again. Thank you Bruce and good luck in the future.

We stayed there last year and enjoyed the miles of paved walkways. The early morning three mile walks were absolutely beautiful along side the golf courses. We also enjoyed the miles of open beach. It is centerly located with shops and restaurants nearby. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean, open and nicely furnished.

A beautiful vacation spot. We could see the pond from our windows. The place is immaculate, everything you could need was there. It really is just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
