Our beautiful open plan villa is fully equipped with all you need for a wonderful holiday. Sleeping up to 6 people, the single-story villa has all the amenities to make your stay memorable. It is tiled throughout and we do not allow pets and smoking is not permitted inside. This could be ideal for those with certain allergies.
The back yard attached to this home is very private being surrounded by a fence and trees with room for the kids to play outside of the screened in pool area.

Please note - everyone occupying the Property (staying overnight) must be listed on the booking form, including small children. This is Florida state law and must be adhered to. For the safety and comfort of all our guests pets and smoking are not permitted inside the Property at any time. Any sign or odour of smoke inside the property will result in loss of security deposit. Non-compliance with these terms will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be asked to leave without refund. The Property is licensed by the Florida State’s Hotel licensing authority as a non-smoking building and compliance is mandatory. Glass or crockery is not permitted within the pool area. We have provided plastic cups and plates which are permitted. Children must be supervised by responsible adults at all times when using the pool. Tampering with the pool alarm is strictly forbidden and is there for the protection of all who use the Property. According to Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act: anyone tampering with or disconnecting pool alarms commits a misdemeanour of the second degree, punishable by a $5000 fine or one (1) year in jail.

This villa has everything we needed for a great vacation and also for our guests. The location is central and in a nice peaceful community. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area with a fishing lake just a 5 minute walk from the house. As soon as we walked into the property we knew it was our home away from home. It just has that 'feeling' as soon as you walk through the door.
