We stayed one weekend in this condo and very much enjoyed our stay. We had extended family staying at this resort and spent most of our time enjoying the beach, resort facilities and sitting on the balcony enjoying the fantastic views. We are busy professionals, travel regularly and tend to stay at Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton quality hotels. We tend to have high standards for lodging. This condo was very nicely decorated and clean. Pictures were accurate. The host was very accommodating, well organized and we would rate host service as excellent or 5 stars. The only reasons for an overall 4 star rating are the following: bed could be more comfortable, tv is not flatscreen and radio provided seemed outdated. To be fair, we hardly used the bed and tv and never used the radio. However, for a 5 star rating, we are looking for more perfection. That said, this is one of the nicest private condo rentals we have seen (top 10%) and we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a great deal for our accomodations. I have spent alot more and not had all the items I needed in the kitchen to cook with but this condo had it all. I would definately stay here again. The only critique that I would have is to give dummy instructions on how to actually open the sofa bed. The girls and I failed miserably until the last night. lol But we all had a great time. Thanks for sharing!

We absolutely loved the condo. The best one we have ever stayed in. Loved the decor, view was spectacular, loved the nice big kitchen that had more than enough storage space to put all of our things away. Anna made things very easy. Would most certainly stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay. You wont be disappointed in this condo. It has all the comforts of home. We so enjoyed the view and watching the dolphins from our porch. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

The place was very nice, bigger and better than the pictures represent. It was very spacious for a one bedroom place. The balcony was nice and spacious. We could see the dolphins from the balcony every morning. The only downside was that my wife was significantly uncomfortable in the bed, it was rather firm. The place was was very clean and well stocked with dishes and appliances. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The location was great, right on Front Beach Rd close to everything. Walmart was only about .5 mile away. We would not think twice about staying there again. Hope the review helps!

Great Beachfront Condo!!!

My husband and I vacationed here with our two children this summer. What a beautiful place! The pictures don't do it justice! We loved having the Starbucks within the resort and enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim in the surf. It was wonderful to be right on the beach so we could easily walk to and from the beach with our young children without having to make a long hike with all of our beach gear. It is in a prime location only a few blocks from putt-putt golf, go carts, restaurants, and had on-site jet ski rentals, parasailing, etc. We will definitely be back! This owner was wonderful and easy to work with. Everything looked just as it is shown in the pictures. You won't be disappointed!

The condo was in perfect in every aspect possible! It was everything we could as for and more. It was very clean, the majestic resort was very beautiful as well. Anna had everything set up very nicely for us when we arrived. We have no complaints at all! We loved the condo, and everything we needed was available. Anna is very trustworthy, and very professional. She was very quick to reply to emails if we needed anything. Overall our best vacation, no headaches whatsoever! We will definitely be booking with Anna welch next summer and we will recommend to everyone we know!

We have stayed at Majestic before and enjoy it every time. This condo was perfect. The view is outstanding! The best in PC! My wife and I spent every morning on the balcony enjoying our coffee and staring at the Gulf of Mexico...while our daughter slept. It is absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was in the condo and it was beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the carpet in the den (instead of tile) because our daughter could play on it without us worrying about her on a tile floor. We spent several nights enjoying a movie from the free DVD renter, and then slept comfortably in the bedroom, which was beautifully decorated as well. Overall, a great experience at a great price, and we will be looking to rent from Anna again. Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful time in PCB. This unit is everything you want for a vacation. We have been coming to PCB for 23 years and this is the nicest unit we have rented. Staff at Majestic Beach were very helpful thoughout our stay, even though they were dealing with many teens also vacationing. I especially liked the added security to the building!!!

My wife & I stayed at Anna Welch's condo for 5 nights on a short golf trip. The condo was perfect for us...nicely arranged & beautiful sunsets. The facilities at Majestic Beach are great. We were so pleased we hope stay longer next trip.

The building has all the right amenities for the family. Multiple pools, security, free DVD rental in the lobby. It's right on the beach too. Even a gift shop, coffee shop, and cafe's. We were extremely satisfied with the condo too. It's clean, tastefully decorated and has a great view. The location is central to the beach stuff like restaraunts, water park, and gooney golf. I recommend it and will stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. Great location and well appointed. The 15th Floor gives you a helicopter's eye view of the gulf. Full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. Loved the Balcony and watching the sunsets. My only complaint would be the noisey night club across the street. They had a live band that played late into the night. Loved the decor in the condo. Cant wait to come back!

Beach was beautiful. Beach access perfect. 24 hour security. Clean, pretty, very well maintained. Kitchen well supplied. Great position on the strip. Beautiful view off balcony. Highly recommend. Negatives - pool not heated, no batteries in remotes, DVD players were not working. Negatives not enough to keep me from going back. Had a wonderful time. Recommend the Firefly restaurant close by.

Owner response:Glad you enjoyed our condo. I apologize for no batteries in the remotes. Any time issues like this arise, please call me or the front desk during your stay and it can be resolved immediately. The DVD players are working, housekeeping unplugs them after each guest.(not the electrical plug, the a/v jacks). So, if you rent from us, please double check that the units are plugged in. If there are still problems, feel free to call myself or the front desk. Hope you return again soon.

Wow, What a wonderful place to stay. The Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable! Every detail was taken care of right down to the cooking utensils and even a corkscrew. Morning coffee was great on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The staff was courteous and efficient. A wonderful time was had by all. We can't wait to visit again. Thank you very much!

The condo was very comfortable, well furnished and had all the tools for cooking at home. The view of the waterfront for sunsets or spotting rays in the shallows was terrific. I was there for Ironman and was able to walk (10 minutes) to the athlete's village & start/finish area.

Thank you Anna Welch for the use of your wonderful and beautiful one bedroom condominium at the Majestic Beach Towers. Your balcony looked right over the beautiful Gulf Ocean and white sandy beach. I spent many a morning and evening sitting in you high chair on the balcony. I put the chair next to the balcony handrail and just sat back with my arm on the balcony handrail and watched the clouds go by or a beautiful sunset. And your condo was a joy during my vacation. I really liked all of your designing from the art work and lamps that were all representative of living on the beach. The bedroom bedside table lamps had surfboards holding the lamp shades and the artwork on the wall had surfboards, too. All of your furniture was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the special, very large rattan chair with cushions. It looked like a piece of art in itself. This chair was also my favorite TV chair/beach and sky watching chair. And although I did not use your sofa bed for sleeping, I did use the sofa to relax alot while watching some college football games while also looking though the large glass doors at the blue ocean and white clouds. And wherever I turned, I smiled when I saw all the special little and big things you did in your designing of your walls with all of the artwork reminding me that I was on the ocean and on vacation. And the staff were all very nice at the Majestic Beach Towers. I was glad to see securtiy making rounds and that all of the outside door and common areas were secure using my door magnetic key for entrance. On my first full day, I spent time beside one of the four pools. I really enjoyed meals at the outside pool side table service bar called "H2O Bar and Grill." I could sit at one of the many tables that are all under cover and in the shade, and see the ocean and pool, and feel and smell the ocean breeze. Great chicken salads and quesadias and sandwiches and drinks. I hope that I can rent from you every year for four weeks or a month. As you can guess, I would highly recommed Ms. Anna Welch. Anna was very courteous and kind, and prompt with all communications from the very first email to any phone calls. I wish that I could better describe what the unit looked like, but I am sure that I left a lot out. Thank you again Anna. Sincerely, Ray

We especially enjoyed the wonderful view of the beach below from the 15th floor and the magnificent sunsets while at your condo. The beach fireworks on New Years eve was fun to watch from our safe distance above. The facility was just as nice as the pictures on your website. Sometimes that is not always the case! We even 'convinced' a couple from Minnesota we meet on our way home to enjoy your facility. They are checking in tonight. I'm sure they will enjoy their stay every bit as much as we did. We are planning to return next December if it is available.

The Majestic is a very nice resort. It is well-maintained with visible security personnel. The condo we rented was beautiful, well-appointed with an awesome view, and quite a good value for the money. In addition, the condo owners were extremely responsive and easy to work with. We would return to this location, based on this experience.

First let me say...Thank you Anna.We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully decorated,and made us feel very comfortable in our "home away from home"....and the view from our balcony was so incredible!!!You should see the pictures!!!We even pulled out the sleeper the last night, and slept with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.Sooo peaceful. The staff at the resort were also very friendly and helpful on places to go or places to eat. I highly recommend this condo,and the owner (ANNA) for a wonderful vacation stay. Great beach front condo location, the front desk people were very helpful and courteous. We were very pleased to see that the pictures lived up to what was promised. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We used all the amenities at the condo. The beach view from the 15th floor balcony was terrific. This is a very nice, comfortable condo at a reasonable price. The view was great and the pool was wonderful. We had everything we needed except sheets for the pull-out bed, so don't forget those. If you have kids with you, be sure to take them to eat at the Treasure Ship.

Owner response:No need to take your own sheets for pullout sofa. They are supposed to be in the closet. If you arrive and they are not in the closet, please call the front desk, they will be happy to bring you some.
