Our luxurious Villa El Encanto is located on a secluded hilltop steps from Rincon's world-renowned Sandy Beach in the upscale Puntas neighborhood. Enjoy this exclusive property with fabulous panoramic vistas of where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by gorgeous lush tropical gardens and cool breezes throughout our spacious terraces. Bring nothing but your bathing suit and tooth brush!!! Villa El Encanto has been designed and equipped to fit your every need to guarantee a perfectly relaxing vacation. It is beautifully decorated with rattan furniture, mahogany cabinets, Italian ceramic tile, and top-of-the-line appliances. The private pool has an adjoining Pool House with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, BBQ, bathroom and outdoor shower. Each Villa has its own private entrance. Ideal for small events and weddings.
The Garden Villa has two spacious bedrooms: master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom, and another bedroom with two queen-sized beds and bathroom. The large living room has a queen-sized sofa bed and beautiful rattan furniture with a balcony leading to the pool area. The dining room and kitchen have sliding glass doors and picture windows offering breath-taking colorful views of the gardens, pool and ocean. Full laundry room also included.
The brand new detached Villita has one bedroom with queen-sized bed, living room with queen-sized sofa, modern kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and washer/dryer. Walk out to the balcony to enjoy views of Desecheo Island.

Year Purchased: 2003
My husband and I have always loved the Caribbean lifestyle. We have always lived in the NorthEast, but travelled to the Caribbean islands every chance we go. It was our dream to build a beach house one day. We purchased a beautiful oceanview lot back in 1995, but with such hectic schedules never envisioned building until close to retirement age. Fortunately, our dream came true in 2002, when we decided to design and commence construction. We truly enjoy Villa El Encanto and the unique town of Rincon.
Why the Owner Chose Rincon
Only a few months after our dream beach Villa was built, we celebrated a huge family reunion to inaugurate the Villa. All our family could talk about was how the Villa was truly magnificent with its spacious terraces, constant ocean breezes, and peaceful oceanview. They wanted to recommend the Villa to their friends and family. We realized that they appreciated the uniqueness of Rincon with its friendly and serene pace along with the beauty of the oceanwaves and delicious fresh fish and tropical fruits.
The Unique Benefits of this Deluxe Villa
We recommend that you come prepared to explore the local beaches and food, or DO NOTHING AT ALL WHILE RELAXING POOLSIDE OR ON THE HAMMOCK! We enjoy whale watching from the Light House (El Faro), eating ice cream by the Corcega Public Beach, BBQing Fresh Red Snapper and Mahi Mahi, snorkeling and diving with Taino Divers, horseback riding at sunset on the beach.
