We invite you to visit our lovely pied-a-terre in the Riverside area of Manhattan filled with family antiques, oriental rugs and original artwork. It is a sunny and cheerful corner apartment, with windows in each and every room. Relax in the sun filled apartment while having morning coffee, and enjoy the quietude that this 7th floor apartment offers with one bedroom, & one and-a-half bath. It can easily accommodate a small family with children since we have provided the space for our own family & guests.
We offer a comfortable king bed in the master suite, plus a large silk velvet day bed in the main living area to sit, relax and read. There is also a huge down filled leather couch, an inflatable queen bed for the children, formal dining room to entertain your guests, well-equipped spacious kitchen(for Manhattan),and washer/dryer inside the apartment. Additional amenities include a LCD flat-screen TV, DVD player & surround sound in the master bedroom, CD player & IPOD ready music system in the main living area, and a tranquil space for rainy days to relax and read. Our 24-hour concierge service enables visitors to enjoy the amenities reminiscent of many fine hotels found in the city.
It is located in a lovely, quiet residential section on the West side of the city, yet a 15-minute stroll to Central Park and Lincoln Center. If you love the outdoors, it is adjacent to Riverside Park where you can sit to enjoy a drink al fresco, bike ride, jog or walk along the Hudson River!
If you want to enjoy shopping, museums, Broadway theatre and outdoor living, this flat is centrally-located. Just four blocks away is the metro to take you downtown or across town via the express train. Just blocks away, enjoy some of the best food shopping in Manhattan, or simply order out and have dinner delivered to your door. Additionally, there are many fine restaurants, a multi-plex cinema, & huge bookstore, just in the neighborhood. Fifth Avenue shopping is just an inexpensive taxi ride away. This is a relaxing spot to enjoy as a couple, or an affordable option for a small family to enjoy all that NYC has to offer!

This space is unusual since it is completely surrounded by windows, offering an open, spacious feeling for NYC living. The decor is well-appointed , invites you to relax, read, cook and live just as if you were in your own home. The flat is also quiet as it is adjacent to a courtyard, and the noise you hear is from the fountain during the warmer months.
