Our decision to rent Jon & Linda's home on Lake Roosevelt was in part because of all the positive reviews. We'd just like to say, we found them all to be true. A well accommodated, very clean home with everything you need in the kitchen, a large dvd library to enjoy on the flat screen tv, a wraparound deck for relaxing and taking in the beautiful lake view and wildlife. The deck also has a very nice gas bar-b-q which, because of the nice weather, we used instead of the kitchen range. A great walking neighborhood . All in all we found it to be very relaxing and quiet this time of year. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Once again we had a great weekend at the lake. Fishing was a little off because they lowered the lake but we always have a great time here.

Loved this place.Stayed at a different house last year in the same area didn't compare to this one.Very large family room great for our family of 5.The deck was a great place to hang out and enjoy the sun and lake.What a beautiful view of the lake from the back deck.Everything you could possibly need is available at the house.Loved that there were chairs available to take down to the lake which is easily accessible from the back of the property.We did spend a day at the the pool as well it is small but it did the job.Very quiet and comfortable spot we look forward to returning in the near future.Owner communicated very quickly with me and was very friendly and helpful.Thanks for the Great Memories we had a great time.We don't own a boat but that would have made it an A++++

Boater’s paradise!

The 11 nights we spent at this rental were fantastic. The 180 degree view of the lake, from a comfortable covered deck made us feel relaxed from day one; we used the binoculars left by the TV several times. What a treat it was for all of us to watch the deer casually walk by. We moored our boat in the marina, and the easy walk to the marina made the logistics of getting the boat ready to go every day much easier. It didn’t take long and this felt like our home during our stay. We wound up watching several of the movies that are stocked, played several games with the kids on the kitchen table, and enjoyed many family meals in the kitchen. The large fridge/freezer really came in handy for our long stay, as well as the washer/dryer. The gas grille was much appreciated also. Often rentals are short on things like towels, blankets, pillows, trash-bags, etc…., we commend the owners on how well stocked we found everything. I know all of us will remember this family vacation as one of the best, and the house gets much of the credit. We are not sure what our plans are for next summer yet, but would like to try to rent this place again within the next couple years.

The view from the front deck was great and the home had everything we needed. Found everything to be clean and compfy. Will be going again, hated to go home.

We have stayed here three times and are always amazed and appreciative of how well stocked we find the lake house. The deck area is very private and all you see are the ever changing views of the lake. You could spend the whole vacation and never leave the deck. Very relaxing. Lake Roosevelt is more than just a place to fish. We saw 23 different kinds of birds, two of which were not on our viewed list. Late May and fall are quiet times for boating, fishing and birding throughout the many undeveloped bays and shorelines.

Great Vacation Rental

Awesome location for fishing, with marina just around the corner from this home. Home was very well equipped with comfortable and clean environment. Kitchen is large, with well stocked cabinets for food preparation. Quiet neighborhood, with wildlife that amazed us during our stay. Property owners were great to work with and willing to help out when called. We would recommend this rental and would make the trip again to this location.

We rented this property in May for our annual Fellas Fishing Trip. After arriving were all pleasantly surprised to find a place that was extremely accommodating & very comfortable. We spent hours reminiscing old times on the wrap around covered deck staring out at one of the most beautiful views on the lake. As we were grilling our supper at sunset, a group curious deer stood watching the activity at the base of the deck. The setting was quiet and relaxed and a good time was had by all. Thanks for sharing your vacation escape with us.

The home and setting were just perfect. The home was clean and set up for anything- all we brought were clothing and food. The owner was very helpful and kind, answering all my questions. We were there 2 full days and 3 nights, drove from the Seattle area, and now that we know what a gem this place is- we know we can do a weekend trip again- although we definitely hope to go back for a longer stay some time. Our two girls loved the beach and the lake- they were outside all day. We'd definitely recommend this place to a friend or a relative.

We have stayed here before, and had planned to return, but circumstances prevented that. The owners went far beyond what we had expected with letting us postpone and then cancel the trip. We loved the house, everything was as advertised and more! We plan to return, hopefully many more times. We highly recommend this for a quiet, peaceful, enjoyable & comfortable place to spend time. We have stayed here three times and our family loves it!! Our kids ASK to come here every summer! They have EVERYTHING that you need at this rental and it is very clean. The view from the deck is breathtaking! We used to go to the Oregon Coast for vacation, but prefer the shorter drive to Lake Roosevelt so that we have more time for fun. We take turns going from the Lake to the swimming pool. There are beautiful deer to look at several times a day and the owner is great to work with! I have nothing but positive things to say about this vacation experience.
