Enjoy the deep white sandy beaches of Treasure Island directly outside. This unit allows long views of the beach from your balcony and Master Suite. A very short walk to Downtown Treasure Island is loaded with gift shops and restaurants.
There is a sidewalk directly behind the building that runs one mile parallel with the beach for sunset walks and terrific views and stops at public beach areas and tiki bars.
Famous John's Pass Boardwalk is approximately one mile North. It has Charter Boats and dining. Directly across the street are waverunner rentals.
One mile from the Private Treasure Island Tennis and Yacht Club with dining, deepwater boat slips, Hartru tennis courts and Nautalis Room. Florida Council of Yacht Clubs membership required or other reciprical club membership with guest fee.
Boaters can trailer their boats and drop in the water at nearby boat ramps. Storage for the trailers is available at the Madeira Beach Municipal Marina, 3 miles away for a fee.There are no slips at the condo.
Baseball fans will enjoy watching their favorite Major League Team just a short 15 minute drive to Tropicana Field.
Football fans will enjoy watching Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Bucs just 50 minutes away. This 30 unit building was built in late 2005 and features Granite counters,all new furnishings, heated pool and hot tub.
