Discover why repeat guests return for another stay at our house in Palm Desert. It is a spacious property on a corner lot with main house, guest house and private backyard. The property sleeps eight adults comfortably.
The main house has three bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with double sinks, deluxe walk-in shower and an expansive walk-in closet. All bedrooms have brand new pillow-top mattresses. All bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers. The living room is furnished with chocolate brown leather sofas and the dining room has a table that seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need including brand new fridge & dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker & coffee grinder, toaster oven, new set of pots & pans and dishes. All linens are provided including West Elm quilts and eight deluxe pool towels. Amenities include laundry facilities, Cable TV + DVD, wireless internet access and free long distance in the US & Canada.
The Guest house sleeps two adults with a king bed, full bath with walk-in shower, a kitchenette and sitting area with TV/DVD/Cable & internet access. The guest house is situated off the pool with one wall of glass patio doors.
The backyard offers a quiet, private space to relax and enjoy the warm sunny desert weather. The pool and spa hot tub were recently converted to a salt water system with a new heater. For your outdoor dining pleasure, there is a table with eight chairs + ll' umbrella and four chaise lounges. There is also an outdoor shower.
ATTENTION FAMILIES:
For families traveling with small children, the house comes equipped with basic baby gear including high chairs, pack 'n play (two available), diaper changing pad, baby monitor and a few select toys.

Love to golf? Our house is located near several premier golf courses.
THE HOUSE IS ALSO LOCATED WITHIN MINUTES OF THE INDIAN TENNIS GARDEN, HOME OF THE BNP Paribas Open TENNIS TOURNAMENT
The property is located near Washington Blvd & Fred Waring and is less than a ten minute drive from restaurants & El Paseo shopping. Supermarkets and big box stores are close by as well.
This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family & friends. We welcome families with children and pets as well.

All rentals require $190 cleaning fee & $1000 refundable security deposit.
Refundable Pet Deposit is $500
Palm Desert City Occupancy Tax = 9%
Paypal and credit card payments require a 4% processing fee
