Enjoy three plus acres on the Miles River in this fully, newly renovated house. With your own dock and sandy beach, you can watch the wildlife, or try fishing and crabbing (we usually catch a dozen crab a day from a dock, all the crabbing gear and cooking/eating utensils are included with the house). Then try roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or cooking the fish you just caught on the barbecue grill.
Or just relax on either the screened in porch with ceiling fans and cushioned sofas and chairs, the front porch with rocking chairs, or one of the two balconies (one balcony is off the master bedroom). Did I mention that every room in the house (except bathrooms) has a water view! And if you want to stay indoors, every bedroom has a satellite TV as well as the first family room. You will also find a game cabinet for all ages. In the evening, relax in the second family room with a fireplace.
If it is a hot day, take a swim in the nearby community pool or ride a bike (you are on the bike path), rent a kayak or try a nearby fishing charter. You are within one plus miles of delicious restaurants and the shops of historic downtown St. Michaels.
