'The Beach House' at Ocean Point is a delight! The only thing between the house and the ocean is the ninth green of the Ocean Point Golf Course and lagoon. There are beautiful views from almost every room, and the large screened porch is perfect for viewing the wildlife (including the golfers!).
The main level has two bedrooms (each with a king sized bed), two full baths, living/dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs are three more bedrooms (one has two queen beds, one has another queen, & the other has two twin beds) and two full baths. On the ground/garage level is a 'bonus' bedroom with a trundle bed.
You'll be steps away from the Point swimming pool, driving range and putting green, restaurant at the Pro shop, and a beach access.
The house is fully equipped, and beautifully decorated.
