Large 3200 square foot unit, upper level of a duplex. This unit has a newly remodeled kitchen with granite counters, new travertine flooring, and large and open dining/living room with a fireplace that opens up onto an oceanfront balcony with a private spa. There is balcony access also from the master bedroom, which boasts a huge ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms which both have access out to the rooftop deck, with sweeping views of the Pacific Coastline.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, head to the beach (two steps from your backdoor) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. As far as food, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental….life doesn’t get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.
This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We stayed here for 4 days over christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities are comfortable and well maintained. The kids (4,6,8) had a great time playing in the water and at the beach. The on-call staff was responsive when I had to call them and were also very courteous. The location of this property is great. The water is just a few feet away and we were able to watch several dolphins in the ocean from the deck. Every day, we could see a number of surfers as well. We could also see the beautiful sunsets from the bedroom/deck/roof.

What a beautiful property! My honeymoon was everything I hoped it would be and more. The master bedroom is wonderful---it is ocean-facing and attached to a balcony with a hot tub! We sat in the hot tub with our champagne glasses and then curled up by the fireplace afterward---the property has two---one in the front room and one in the master bedroom---it was so cozy and romantic! I also loved the Master bathroom because it has both a free-standing tub, double-sinks and a separate stand-up shower. The upstairs bedrooms are great too---I hope my husband and I can come back with our kids someday. And, the rooftop deck is gorgeous too---what a view! I loved every minute at the property and I’m thankful to the Beachfront only staff who helped match us with the right property for our honeymoon. Thanks for the memories!

I was impressed by the full amenities, including kitchen spices, a wide array of kitchenware, and plenty of tissues, TP, and paper toweling. The spa was wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. We very much enjoyed getting away from the big city to a place where our grown kids and their partners could also escape for a few days, but drive back to LA if needed. We will definitely do this again.
