This beautiful new 2,100 sq. ft. two level home is located just minutes from downtown Reno at the Sparks Marina. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath are on the lower level, and a sliding glass door in the living room opens to a spacious patio overlooking the canal. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy loft, and a laundry room.
The master suite has a king size bed, a bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in closet, and a private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. For additional guests, the loft overlooking the living room has a queen size sofa bed.
The kitchen is totally stocked for cooking, including a turkey platter. :)
A sandy beach for swimming, a boat dock (non-power boats only), as well as serveral restaurants are within easy walking distance. Just a short walk to a brand new very 'up-scale' shopping center that includes Scheels, Off 5th and much, much more.
You may also kayak over to a coffee shop or restaurant, right from the private dock. Tandom kayak provided.
Just minutes from downtown Reno, University of Nevada at Reno, a short drive to Lake Tahoe.
