Location, location, location. this stunningly decorated three bedroom 2 1/2 bath house is on the canal at the Sparks Marina. The decorating inspiration came from an artisan's type hotel in Tarifa, Spain.
Equipped with a tandem kayak, you can paddle to the Marina coffee shop or Anchors Restaurant for lunch. Or, if you prefer walking, there is a 2 1/2 mile path around the Marina with a beach, volleyball, playground and snack bar. Just a few minutes of walking takes you to the famous "Legends" outdoor shopping mall featuring; Scheels sporting goods, Off Fifth, Ann Taylor, The Gap, etc. and several good restaurants.
Looking for more fun and great scenery you can drive within an hour to North Shore Lake Tahoe, Carson City or historic Virginia City for a cold beer at the famous "Bucket of Blood" saloon.
This house has a deck off the master bedroom with a view of the northern mountains and a patio downstairs with a table, chairs and a barbecue. The designer kitchen features a huge Brazilian counter and is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining with dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, mixing bowls and even a turkey platter!
