Unbelievable view of the harbor & Calibogue Sound, plus a championship golf course, tennis, pool, six+ restaurants, dock, and elegant shops at your doorstep or a few (walking) minutes away in a safe gated resort community. Free shuttle to ocean and South Beach in the summer. Large children's playground and PGA tour, championship Harbourtown golf course.
Every age child and (grand) parents love to hear witty Gregg Russell sing and entertain under the Liberty Tree during the summer; hear and see him from our balcony as well. Bike and walk the miles of paved trails, take trolley or the car or bike a short distance to the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful Sea Pines Nature Preserve in which to hike, fish, & run is a short ride away.
Kids' Camp during the day (summer only) with, at times, a night hayride.
Charleston and Savannah are a short boat or car ride away for a great day trip, and two outlet malls are in Bluffton just off the island as well as more shopping on the island. Have a fabulous breakfast or lunch at the Harbour Town Bakery and Cafe (takeout available, too). Kids love the large Gregg Russell children's playground. There's something for everybody in Harbour Town!!

Why the Owner Chose Ketch Court Villas
859 Ketch Ct. has a fabulous view as well as extra side windows since it is an end unit; those are the two reasons we bought this. You could stay here and never leave for your whole visit as there are restaurants and stores, the free Harbourtown Pool, and, in the summer, free trolley transport to the ocean and South Beach, the playground under the trees and Gregg Russell under the Liberty Tree most nights. Also, if you rent bikes, you can get anywhere you want to go.

We have been going to HHI for 15 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This villa is spacious and open with windows on 3 sides. It is very clean and modern and well decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The view from the balcony, den and dining room overlooking the harbour is wonderful. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the harbour. It is just a few steps to Harbour Town where there are many shops and restaurants, and of course the famous Lighthouse. The owners were very nice and helpful and I would HIGHLY reccomend this villa to my friends.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Oh, how we hate leaving this beautiful place! We have enjoyed staying in your lovely villa and making it "ours" this week. Everything has been perfect, and we look forward to returning soon...just wish we could pack up this GORGEOUS VIEW and take it home with us!

We have been coming to Sea Pines each year since 1980. We have stayed in many different villas, golf course views, lagoon views, and yacht basin views. Your place (859 Ketch Ct.) is the BEST OF THE BEST (cleanliness, amenities, and view)........Thank you very much for a relaxing and fun filled week.

We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Harbour Town, and especially the Ryersons' condo! ......We can think of nothing the Ryersons can do to make this lovely home more of a joy to stay in. So clean, so organized, and well stocked. We hate to leave, but hope to return again.

In our 20 plus years vacationing in Hilton Head, your villa had the best view, was the best stocked and the cleanest! ....we all came back here after dinner, walked to the 18th green and enjoyed the spectacular fireworks. You wouldn't believe all the comments and inquiries we received about this place! It was great! June 30-July 7, 2007
