After reading some of the earlier entries in your visitors' journal - all we can add is ditto! The Ketch Ct. condo was even better than we expected. While we were packing to return home, we were talking about our return visit - hopefully next year.

My wife and I have been coming to HH for about 25 yrs. We have owned a villa at Sea Pines & been long-term renters of a house - & had some great experiences on this lovely Island. We both agree that our four week stay at Ketch Court rates right up there with the very best. The villa was terrific, with everything provided that we needed. The Harbour Town view is simply magnifient. Our only regret is that we have to leave. Thanks to Beverly and Gene for letting us rent this wonderful villa.

We have been going to HHI for 15 years and this is the best place we have stayed. This villa is spacious and open with windows on 3 sides. It is very clean and modern and well decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The view from the balcony, den and dining room overlooking the harbour is wonderful. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set over the harbour. It is just a few steps to Harbour Town where there are many shops and restaurants, and of course the famous Lighthouse. The owners were very nice and helpful and I would HIGHLY reccomend this villa to my friends.

We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Harbour Town, and especially the Ryersons' condo! ......We can think of nothing the Ryersons can do to make this lovely home more of a joy to stay in. So clean, so organized, and well stocked. We hate to leave, but hope to return again.

We have been coming to Sea Pines each year since 1980. We have stayed in many different villas, golf course views, lagoon views, and yacht basin views. Your place (859 Ketch Ct.) is the BEST OF THE BEST (cleanliness, amenities, and view)........Thank you very much for a relaxing and fun filled week.

In our 20 plus years vacationing in Hilton Head, your villa had the best view, was the best stocked and the cleanest! ....we all came back here after dinner, walked to the 18th green and enjoyed the spectacular fireworks. Your condo was wonderful. This was our 5th trip to HH in the last 3 years, and your condo was the nicest place we've stayed. We are a big tennis family, so we mostly played tennis and ate and slept. Great view and overall location!!! We also really enjoyed having the door code so everyone could come and go at different times, not worrying about keys. We also appreciate the filtered water & ice. We have had a wonderful first trip to Hilton Head Island and can't imagine that there is anywhere nicer to stay than right here! Your home here is in a perfect spot - so convenient to all the activities we enjoyed all week - the beach, the pool, great restaurants and shopping - and the gorgeous bike paths. We biked everywhere! .......Best memories - People and boat watching from your balcony, day trip to Savannah, Gregg Russell, mini-golf at Legendary Golf, and last, but certainly not least - watching the glorious fireworks show from your balcony this evening. What a show! It was a perfect ending to our week here in Hilton Head. June 28-July 5, 2008

Your condo is wonderful in its perfect Harbourtown location. Gorgeous sunsets! Everything in your condo is all you need - you thought of everything...Bikes Plus worked out great with delivering the bikes within 30 mins. from the time I called. We biked all oveer Sea Pines and especially love biking the beach and relaxing at Sea Pines Beach Club. Try the Lemon Quencher drink - very refreshing! Saw dolphins along the bike ride and especially off the South Beach area of Calibogue Sound. March 9-17, 2008

Thank you Ryerson Family! Your condo was wonderful. This was our 5th trip to Hilton Head in the last three years, and your condo was the nicest place we've stayed. We are a big tennis family (my 16 yr. old came to train at Smith & Stearns Academy), so we mostly played tennis and ate and slept. Great view and overall location! We also really enjoyed having the door code so everyone could come and go at different times if needed, not worrying about keys! We also appreciated the filtered water & ice (Hilton Head's one drawback is the terrible tasting water!) Also great showers/water pressure. Your condo was everything you said it was and more! Thank you and we hope to get back soon. Please feel free to use our comments, as long as you don't book up so much that we can't come back! I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the future. July 8-14, 2007 Dear Ryersons, Thank you so much for making our vacation here at Hilton Head Island so wonderful. I don't know where to begin! This was our first experience with "vrbo" and you made it so smooth and easy for us. The location of your condo is perfect for the view, the lighthouse, the activities, shopping, biking, golfing and everything! My family would highly recommending visiting the Ryerson's Ketch Court condo. The location is spectacular, and we enjoyed watching the yachts outside, listening to Gregg Russell play each night, and the short walk to the Harbor Town pool across the street. The condo has been updated throughout, we were thankful of the washer/dryer access as well as the full kitchen. This is a top notch residence. Bev, thanks for working with us on such short notice, we will certainly try to return and will be passing along your info to friends who visit the island. Thanks again!

June 2006 Dear Ryersons, We so enjoyed your condo overlooking Harbor Town. We visit HHI every year and would definitely like to return your condo. It was well equipped (kitchen!) and the beds were really comfortable. And, the Harbor Town view is incredible. We enjoyed walking to the Gregg Russell show every night. Nov. 4-11, 2006 We (our guests included) enjoyed our week at your lovely condo. Loved to watch the boats coming and going and talked to a few occupants, too. Had great "early bird" meals at C.Q.s and the Quarterdeck. Took the Dolphin Sunset tour - many dolphins swimming beside boat and a gorgeous sunset. Location Location Location! Believe me, it is all about location and this unit has it. You are just steps away from restaurants ,shops and entertainment. Only a short bike ride to the beach and Salty Dog Cafe. I have been staying in Forest Beach for 20 years, but now I only plan on staying in Harbourtown. Four of us stayed in the unit for our annual girls only trip. We had plenty of room and everything we needed was within minutes. My only complaint is that I had to leave!!!!!!!

The location of the condo is unbelievable - you will be blown away by the beautiful view of the harbour. Everything you want or need is right outside within walking distance. This unit was perfect for our family of 4 and the owners do everything they can to make sure you will have a good time and enjoy your stay. We had a great time, I would come back if I could and I recommend this unit if you are looking for a great place to stay in Hilton Head.

March 2006 Thank you so very much for allowing us to rent your lovely condo at the last minute for a brief stay. Everything about your condo is A Plus. I have to laugh at how many times I frightened myself wondering who was here when I caught my own reflection in the mirror coming in from the balcony. Your kitchen is well stocked. The dragon fly bowl is really nice - gave me a big smile at first sight. I really appreciate that all your kitchen supplies from silverware to dishes to glasses to bakeware, pots & psns, measuring cups & spoons, etc. & etc. are of good stock. Granite counter tops thruout. Bravo! This is a superb condo on the inside with a fantastic view on the outside. The sunsets are spectacular. Beverly, it wa a pleasure talking with you via the phone. July 1st-July 8th, 2006 To the Ryersons - The pride of ownership shows in the way you have "updated" the interior. Also, all the extras you left for us shows that you really care about your property and your guests. I'm in the real estate business and I feel the way you do about how to treat people. We enjoyed the convenience of the harbour, being able to walk to meals when we wanted to. The Fourth of July Celebration was outstanding! All four of us enjoyed bike riding, golf, shopping, dining and people watching. Hilton Head is a first class vacation spot and we will definitely be here again. We have had one of our best vacations ever here in Harbourtown; your home is clean and comfortable. Our favorite part is the view of the harbor especially at sunset! We brought our kids on spring break, biking all over Sea Pines. Our kids took a daily tennis clinic, we fished at Joe's Lake, went to the Ocean Club beach, played on the playground, took a dolphin ecotour boat ride & climbed to the top of the lighthouse. We loved breakfast at the Harbourtown Bakery, including visits to the Nature Center next door to see the animals. We ate every meal out. Matt & I loved the seafood specials at Marley's and the kids loved the truffles for dessert at Truffles. Guiseppi's is the best pizza we've ever had! We bought candy every day at the General Store (the kids' favorite), ice cream at the Country Store, and smoothies at the outdoor dining area. Sea Pines has everything we want in a vacation and we rarely left the plantation. We will definitely come back again soon and hope we can rent your home again. P.S.
