The apartment conveniently sleeps four people. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils and dishes provided.
The bedroom has a Queen-size bed, TV, plenty of storage, an air conditioning unit and all linens are provided.
The living room has a Queen-size sofa bed as well as a TV with DVD player, stereo with CD changer, and an air conditioning unit.
A washer and dryer is in the unit for added convenience. The living and dining area have ocean views and breezes.
An adult pool area with rest rooms, barbeque facilities, swim-up bar and a kiddie pool with it's own sun deck and waterfall, are located within the condominium's complex.
If you like gambling or golf, Wyndham Rio Mar Resort is less than five minutes away, featuring Greg Norman's 6945-yard River Course and Tom and George Fazio's 6487-yard Ocean Course. Enjoy the the Resort's Casino, Restaurants and Lounges which are open to the public.
Movie theatres, Blockbuster, shopping (Wal-mart, grocery stores, K-mart, Sam's Club), local bakery and restaurants are located close by.
The U.S. National Rainforest Park, El Yunque, is ten minutes away by car. El Yunque has miles of marked trails, beautiful views and lush landscapes.

Great base location to explore El Yunque, Bio Bay, and beach. El Yunque National Forest was right up the road, 15 minute drive. Fajardo and Bio Bay, approx 20 minutes. The condo was stocked with any kitchen equipment you could ever need. Very clean. The balcony was a wonderful place to start and end the day. Pictures can't capture how breathtaking the location really is. You are above a little patch of rain forest. We watched the giant lizards in the trees below, listened to the coqui songs, And the ocean view was spectacular. Excellent value. Puerto Rican contact was more than accomodating to meet us to deliver and pick up keys. We would stay here again in a moment ,

This Beacon Hill condo was as described, particularly the view. If you're planning to see more than just the touristy parts of P.R., it's centrally located and accessible. The bedroom is on the opposite end of the living area which allows for privacy for sleeping. It is small but, it's definitely more than you'd get at a hotel. The condo was very clean well prepared. Juan Carlos was easy to deal with. The one thing I need to warn guests about is, if you use the beach at Rio Mar, paying for the parking is a little more work than expected. It might be worth driving a few more minutes to the Balneario at Luquillo Beach. The purpose of my trip was to take my mother's ashes to the island for burial.The plans were made on short notice. I am very grateful to the owners for working with me regarding the time restraint on the payment and the rate. The ambiance of the condo turned out to be just what I needed, restful and quiet. Thank you Mark and Arthur. When I return to P.R. for pleasure, I will definitely plan to stay at their condo at Beacon Hill.

A great experience. Owner replied to e-mails quickly. No hidden costs and unit was as described-wonderful view. Owner sent a very helpful packet with info on local attractions, grocery stores, etc. Unit was fully and thoughtfully equipped.

Our family of three loved our time in this clean, comfortable condo with an incredible view. The owners have stocked the condo with items such as beach chairs, coolers and beach towels to make a hassle free vacation. The location provides easy access to El Yunque Rain Forest as well as the gorgeous beaches. The owners were very accomodating as were their local contacts. We highly recommend this rental!
