This home boasts 3500 sq. ft. of living space so no need to trip over each other while enjoying your stay at Birch Bay. A large, functional kitchen fully equipped with eating space. Also spacious living and dining rooms with large picture windows which also allow for viewing the bay and islands. Only 1 or 2 minutes walk to the beach. Full laundry (even a clothesline) and extra working space if you need to keep in touch with the office while away. Extra sleeping on fold-out Futon in family area, and fold-out Futon and (full) extra mattress in upstairs TV room for kids. Lots of parking, outside lighting and fenced fully. Enjoy your stay.
