Your condo is located in the very well-maintained and centrally-located Longboat Terrace complex. It is on the second of just two floors and has a 30 foot screened balcony overlooking the tranquil Gulf of Mexico. You also overlook the large heated pool which is just steps from your door. Enjoy breakfast in the sunny eat-in kitchen or grab a coffee and head to the miles of white sand beach to search for the ever-present sand dollars.
Your condo includes a master bedroom with king-size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a sliding door to the porch overlooking the Gulf. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while you keep an eye out for frolicking dolphins. The large living/dining room combo is perfect for settling in after a day of sun and fun.
Shopping, restaurants, biking, fishing and tennis are all nearby. There is a 10 mile stretch for walkers, bikers or roller bladers. The famous St. Armand's Square, in which you will find many boutiques, al-fresco dining and nightly entertainment in a pedestrian-friendly environment, is just 10 minutes away. Cultural and educational opportunities abound in nearby Sarasota.
The Mote Marine Laboratory, John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Florida West Coast Symphony and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall are just a sampling of offerings in Sarasota. For family fun, Busch Gardens in Tampa can easily be enjoyed in a day as it is less than an hour away.

Why the Owner Chose Longboat Terrace
Prior to purchasing our condo, we vacationed in Longboat Key and felt we discovered one of the most beautiful places in the United States. We love that Longboat Key does not have fast food chains, billboards, or huge crowds.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love where our condo is located on LBK. It is somewhat in the middle of the Key-just a tad closer to the north side. We find this area to be both pristine and "down to earth" at the same time. We are across the street from the Centre Shops which include restaurants, shops and services. You can also walk to the James Durante Nature Park and a convenient bus stop is very near our condo complex.

We're a midwest family committed to maintaining a lovely rental property. We love our condo and its location and wish we could stay there more often.
We are thrilled though, that our renters return year after year and treat our condo as if it was their own.
When we are at the condo, we really enjoy the beach. You can walk for miles on the white sand and it seems so much more like a residential rather than tourist location. We also love golf and fishing and eating out at the many superb seafood restaurants.

My sisters and I spent the month of April in this lovely condo. It is nicely decorated and very well stocked. We spent many hours on the lanai overlooking the pool, ocean, and beautiful grounds. This is one of our favorite spots. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The condo is convenient to lovely restaurants and stores. In short, we can't wait to return to this lovely spot.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We have been there twice now....love going to this Long Boat Key condo. Watching the sunset from the beach or on the lanai/balcony while sipping a glass of wine...There is so much to do there, great restauarants, shopping, night life nearby, bike rentals and trails, private pool just for the complex. We hope to go back again this year!
