3 Bedrooms & 3 Baths:
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. The master with full bath offers a king-size bed. Additionally, there is a 2nd bedroom with twin beds, a second bath and a great room. The kitchen offers all the "I wants" including granite counters. French doors lead from the great room to a deck with table & chairs.
Downstairs you'll find a den with a second TV and the third bedroom with queen size bed, a three-quarter bath and a full size washer and dryer. There are two sleep pads for xtra guests (no hideabeds or futons).

Amenities of the development include a large heated "salt water" pool (bromide is easier on the skin & bathing suits than chlorine), tot lot & sport court.

Why the Owner Chose Manson
We fell in love with the area of Lake Chelan, and fell in love with this townhouse--we found it to be a great vacation get-a-way; however, we liked the area so well, we built our permanent home here. Now, you can enjoy what we fell in love with!

Very nice home, clean and well maintained. We felt right at home. Property owners are very easy to work with. Would recommend this location to others. We enjoyed being so close to the Marina and Manson is just a cool little town, people are very friendly.

We had our family reunion in Manson, WA on July 25 - 27, 2011. Your website posted pictures and described the condo accurately, but it was really more than I expected. It was immaculately clean and maintained and was stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, close to a grocery store and even a farmer's market. There was so much to do and see in the area...swimming, boating, hiking, biking. The owners were wonderful to work with - I have already recommended your condo to friends who are considering heading out to the Chelan area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We were very impressed with this particular property. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen (complete with granite counter-tops). The adults and the kids (two families) spent most of the daylight hours swimming in the saltwater pool. We attended a family wedding nearby at the beautiful, Wapato Point Cellars. If you are a cyclist, definitely bring your bike along. The country roads above the property make for a wonderful loop into the hills with lush orchards and charming family-owned wineries. Definitely an experience we'll never forget. Thank you for a wonderful stay. See you next time!!

Our family of four stayed here mid-June and had a wonderful experience. The townhouse is very spacious, perfect for kids and the unit has all the amenities needed. Great pool size (saline pool was much more gentle than a chlorinated pool), has a little playset for toddlers and is 4-5 minute walk to Manson. The sport court (one tennis court and basketball hoop) was ok. The lake was a 5 min. walk from the unit. We were glad the unit was not directly adjacent to the pool - which can get very noisy and busy throughout the day and evening. From our townhouse, we could not hear any noise from the pool or street. Extremely quiet and the unit was new, well taken care of and very clean. The big, new kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, dishware, silverware, spices, etc. The Red Apple grocery store was a 5 min. walk or 2 min. by car. Overall, we loved this unti and will definitely come back to stay again. 10 min. drive into Chelan for dinner at night was great.

Our three generation family thoroughly enjoyed our 10 nights at your Wapato Ridge townhouse in mid August 2010. The owners were very helpful in answering our many questions. The duplex style townhouse was very clean and in the quietest area of the complex, yet steps away from the salt water pool. The home was equipped with every utensil necessary for great cooking and BBQing. We loved the beach close by, Don Morse state park in Chelan and many days with a seasons pass to Slidewaters waterslide park in Chelan too. We hope to be back soon and would definitely recommend the home to families and couples, a lovely retreat. a
