This beautiful Front Row Beach House is like new. It offers a spectacular view of the Gulf from every room. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, allow great privacy for guests or families. A full bathroom with showers downstairs allows for easy cleaning up and cool down after a great day in the sun and sand.
"Plum Lazy" is managed by Swede's Beach Rentals. For rental infomation and available dates you can call them toll free at 1-800-624-0071. Just tell them you're interested in "Plum Lazy" and they'll handle the rest.
"Plum Lazy" is available for rent year round. Summer rates are $495/wknd and $1050/wk and winter rates are $400/wknd and $650/wk The security deposit for all rentals is $200 year round and $400 during spring break.
The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, cookware, electric can opener, microwave, coffee maker, and a full size refrigerator with icemaker. This house comes complete with a 42" Plasma HD TV and Bose Lifestyle music system. Each bedroom has a 32" HD LCD television complete with cable and HD DVD player. Plum Lazy has a huge video and music library with over 100 videos and over 200 CD's. The house has a custom golf cart available for rent. The rental cost of the cart is $300.00 per week with a $400.00 deposit. All cart rentals are at your own risk. You can enjoy foosball downstairs while grilling out on the gas or charcoal grills.
