The upper level has a Master bedroom with a full bath and has a deck overlooking the lake, Additional Bedroom on the upper level with Full Bath (shared with Hall)large walk in closet, full Bed & one twin bed in room. main level has large deck with gas grill and patio furniture, living room, dining room, kitchen with bar, lower level has patio, separate laundry room, full bath, bunk beds, sofa bed, table and chairs. Free Wi-Fi and premium Movie Channels. LOCATED BY BUOY MARKER R 25.
Lower level is a great place for the kids to hang out!! Has TV mounted on wall with DVD player and cable. Each bedroom and main level has a television with DVD player or VCR, cable Television with 75 channels and premium movie Channels. The furnishings are beautiful and you will feel right at home. There is a private boat slip with electric lift available for your use. Deck area above the boat dock to lay in the sun has absolutely fabulous views. Remodeled in 2009, New appliances in 2012.
The community is approximately four miles to Westlake with new Movie Theatres, putt-putt, Gift shops, public library with internet access, and Westlake Golf Course. Lots of Restaurants and a brand new Kroger Grocery store. Bridgewater Plaza is about six miles away- great hangout, weekend evening entertainment, boat rentals, restaurants and shopping. Fishing is great! There is a YMCA with Fitness area, basketball, racquetball and exercise classes where you can pay a daily rate. You will love it here!

The townhouse was perfect for a week-long getaway--the rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable, the place was very clean, and the view was beautiful. It was wonderful to have the boatslip as well for our rental boat. I've recommended this place to all of my friends and their families!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Stayed at this home last year. The unit was great and the views were wonderful. The owner was very nice. The boat dock was very nice and easy to operate, but there was a lot of traffic from the main channel. If you love to relax and watch the boats, this place fits the bill. The hill helped me to get in shape, but the view from the balcony is worth it. Very beautiful kitchen and fully equipped. Loved the inside of this place! Plenty of room on all three floors and setup is great.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. A family of 5 and we had plenty of room. The location on the lake is great, private boat dock is great, we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was extremely clean and well furnished. I recommend the property highly. We look forward to our next return trip. We stayed at the town house the week of 7/24/10 to 7/31/10. Upon arrival everything was very clean. The town house is updated and has very comfortable beds. The dock and the lift worked perfectly for my 23 foot Malibu with wakeboard tower. I recommend this house for anyone who is coming to SML.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

I have stayed in many locations on the lake but this was, by far, my favorite. It is so convenient to everything yet you feel like your a million miles away. The house was so clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Gail was a pleasure to talk with and we will definately be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Thank you for looking at my vacation rental. It has a great location on the lake. It is a lovely home and I am sure you will love it as much as I do. Smith Mountain Lake is a hidden treasure in Virginia.

My house is very close to Westlake and convient to shopping, restaurants and all the tourist attractions. Roanoke has a great farmers market, there are plenty of golf Courses in the area, and of course lots of boating, fishing and swimming.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Any level of this home features a deck or patio with big sliding glass doors to give you a very relaxing view of the main channel. The unit is the last building, so you don't get much car traffic. Everyone is very friendly. It's a great day to come to the lake.
