Lower level is a great place for the kids to hang out!! Has TV mounted on wall with DVD player and cable. There is a private boat slip with electric lift available for your use. Deck area above the boat dock to lay in the sun has absolutely fabulous views.
The community is approximately four miles to Westlake with new Movie Theatres, putt-putt, Gift shops, public library with internet access, and Westlake Golf Course. Lots of Restaurants and a brand new Kroger Grocery store. Bridgewater Plaza is about six miles away- great hangout, weekend evening entertainment, boat rentals, restaurants and shopping. Fishing is great! There is a YMCA with Fitness area, basketball, racquetball and exercise classes where you can pay a daily rate. You will love it here!
