The construction of our brand new waterfront home was a labor of love. You will appreciate every little detail inside the home and when you step outside you will enjoy breathtaking views of Shinnecock Bay and your own beach.
Our home is incredibly unique. When you enter through the front door and look up, you'll see an impressive cupola with 27 foot ceilings. The main living area is rather large and provides great views through a custom 16 foot sliding glass door coupled with transom windows.
You can enjoy the views from a large deck on the main level, an outside seating area off the upstairs living room, and a private balcony off the master bedroom (upstairs). There is no shortage of sunlight as there are a tremendous number of windows.
If you enjoy preparing meals for your family, our kitchen features a professional series Viking range with matching hood. The kitchen cabinets are beautiful and we've installed natural soapstone coutertops.
We are offering our home to smaller groups, ideally two to three couples or one family.
Because we've spent so much time, energy, and money perfecting this home we will not accept proms or bachelor parties.
