Casa San Carlo lies in Muralto-Locarno which is located directly on the beautiful Lake Maggiore in southern Switzerland just about ten miles from the border to Italy. There is a beautiful Mediterranean climate and you will enjoy the Swiss-Italian culture. Locarno is ideal based to explore the beauty of southern Switzerland and northern Italy. Central/German part of Switzerland can be easily visited during day trips by car or train.
The apartment is managed by professional Swiss agency "Holap.ch" which has rated it at a 3.5-Star level. The apartment house is on sunny and central position with panoramic view of the Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has been renovated in 2004. It is a corner apartment and the uppermost floor. Covered, lake-sided balcony with balcony furniture and solar gates. Other small balcony at the side. Elevator. Covered car parking space included. Bus stop approximately 50 meters.
Lake promenade, railway station and center Locarno and big shopping offer approximately 300 meters. Lido/beach bath approximately one and-a-half kilometers. Bed and kitchen laundry available. Washing machine for common use. Domestic animals permitted.

Living room with dining table, couch which can be used also as a sleeping couch for one person, cable TV, Hi-Fi with radio/CD player and exit on lake-sided, covered balcony with solar gates and panoramic view of lake and mountains. Kitchen, own space with modern cooking combination with E-stove, dishwasher and exit on small balcony. Two bedrooms with each one double bed. Bath with tub/Water Closet.
Locarno is ideal based to explore the beauty of southern Switzerland and northern Italy with Milan, Venice, Verona etc. Central/German part of Switzerland like Lucerne, Zermatt, Zurich can be easily visited during day trips by car or train. Locarno and his surrounding areas are beautiful locations to relax, walk or just enjoy the "dolce far niente".
