Why the Owner Chose Sunset Bay I
My family has owned property in OC since 1971. My parents first came to OC in the 1940's. While much has changed it has always been a great family vacation spot with so much to see and do. We purchased Sunset Bay in 2003 because it had the best views and location of any other existing building!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo at Sunset Bay is very special because of the way the building is situated. It is directly waterfront with no obstruction of the fabulous views. Being the top floor corner penthouse affords an even better view than other condos in the building. Every bedroom has a window with a view. It is so peaceful, with wildlife abundant, yet it is so close to everything you would want to do! We also have 2 parking spaces per unit which is rare.

I truly believe Ocean City Maryland is the best beach in the Mid Atlantic region and I have been to them all! It is always clean and has the world famous boardwalk!
