A gorgeous main house and two separate Casita Suites in "Hacienda Style", covered with a Breezeway and central Patio for outdoor dining. Suites can be one or separated by a door to make two separate living spaces in addition to the main house. Featuring large grounds with a mature tropical landscaped and fence property. A truly magical setting for any occasion or simply a peaceful getaway, this designer-restored 1949 Craftsman Hacienda has a totally private setting, yet is only five blocks to Stone Steps Beach, and a short stroll to Moonlight Beach, Leucadia and downtown Encinitas. Four fully appointed master suites, a cook's kitchen (plus an extra kitchenette in one of the suites), provides ample cooking space, not to mention the large outdoor BBQ grill. The property sleeps 11-13 in beds, plus there is a portable crib and two single roll-away beds provided.
