"Restful Refuge" is the name of this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome that sits in a very quiet gated community that is close to the wonderful LSU campus, walking distance to Baton Rouge's premier shopping at Town Centre. The home has been professionally decorated and is completely furnished with all the amenities that one could need. Three bedrooms are decorated with luxury and comfort in mind for each guest. The master bedroom is a tranquil and serene atmosphere with a king size bed, luxury linens and private bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, more top quality linens, and a built-in desk with private coffee station & personal refrigerator. The third bedroom has a full size bed & a single bed, with warm cozy comforters, and loads of character. All three bedrooms have new color televisions.

The kitchen has a traditional but spicy charming feel with black appliances, slab granite counter tops and red flavor welcoming you into its open, airy and functional spaces. The kitchen opens into the peaceful living room with plenty of seating on two luxury sofas and several occasional chairs. It also opens to the dining room with seating for 8 and barstools for 3 at the bar.

For those that need to do some work during their stay there is also a quite built-in desk upstairswith a spacious surface desk, comfy chair and a modem for high speed internet.

The home is stocked with every imaginable amenity that one could need and weekly house keeping is available upon request (additional cost required). There is also a two car garage and a very large laundry room. This home is perfect for a family or for a group. We hope you enjoy the pictures as much as the previous guest have enjoyed their stay.
