  Amazing Location and gorgeous views!!! Our family rented this townhouse for a Spring Break ski trip. The townhouse was beautiful, wonderful, nicely furnished, comfortable and stocked with everything you'll need. The attached garage was a plus. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We'd definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.

  This was a great place for our annual family ski getaway. The condo is located within walking distance to a ski rental shop, Whole Foods, movie theater, and restaurants. Newpark is conveniently located and only a few minutes from Park City. The condo was well-kept and the attached garage was a plus. It was nice to have our ski gear always ready to go. Working with the owner was a pleasure and we will definitely be repeat customers.

  The location of this townhouse is great for access to Park City Resorts as well as other Utah resorts. Since its 5 minutes from the highway, we were able to easily get to Snowbird. It's also 5 minutes from the Canyons, which is an awesome resort.The condo is spacious with great views and 3 full bathrooms. We have stayed at Newpark before and would definitely return. Another nice feature is that the unit is on an end with lots of windows.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Our family rented this townhouse for our annual trip to Park City. We we're very pleased with the location only 10 minutes to Main Street Park City. Also located within walking distance of theatre and restaurants. Spacious unit with all the comforts of home. Great mountain view from the family room and master bedroom. Would recommend this unit to anyone.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in Park City, and this condo / townhouse fit our needs perfectly. We had plenty of room, and wonderful views of the nature preserve. The location is right next to a nice shopping plaza, and a quick drive to Main Street and all the ski areas. The owner's instructions were clear and easy to follow, we also liked having the garage to keep the car inside when it was below freezing outside. We will definitely be back to visit Park City, and would recommend this condo to anyone thinking of a vacation there!

  Wonderful family place, spacious and well appointed. on a great location. Ski resorts easily reachable and a huge plus for near by restaurants and movies.

  I have now stayed at this condo three times, twice in the winter and once in the early spring. The views of the area are spectacular. Twice I have seen coyotes traversing the adjacent conservation area. Although the Park City ski areas are close by, I have sometimes driven over to ski at Alta from this unit. The drive is only about 50 minutes when there traffic is light on the road up Little Cottonwood Canyon. Adding to the attractiveness of this property is the close proximity of good restaurants and stores, especially Whole Foods (used to be Wild Oats) which is just down the street.

  Our family of four just came back from a week at this unit. We really enjoyed it. Great location, close to The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley Ski resorts. There are shops, restaurants, movies and a bowling alley nearby. The unit is newly built and well-designed for today's lifestyle. Love the attached garage. All the amenities we needed was available. We've rented many units in the Park City and Salt Lake City area in the last 20 years and this is one of the best values and most comfortable. We will definitely rent from Vera again. She was very helpful and responsive.

  We loved the condo. Stayed for three months and have made arrangements to stay again next summer. We liked being close to JRCC because we love golf. You can also walk to the movie theatre, restaurants, shopping and workout center Would recommend this condo to anyone.

  We were very pleased with our stay at your condo. We stayed three months and have made arrangements to stay again in 2012. It was very clean and is a great location. We belong to JRCC and love to play golf. We also enjoy walking to the restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone.
