Our family of four just came back from a week at this unit. We really enjoyed it. Great location, close to The Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley Ski resorts. There are shops, restaurants, movies and a bowling alley nearby. The unit is newly built and well-designed for today's lifestyle. Love the attached garage. All the amenities we needed was available. We've rented many units in the Park City and Salt Lake City area in the last 20 years and this is one of the best values and most comfortable. We will definitely rent from Vera again. She was very helpful and responsive.

We were very pleased with our stay at your condo. We stayed three months and have made arrangements to stay again in 2012. It was very clean and is a great location. We belong to JRCC and love to play golf. We also enjoy walking to the restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the condo. Stayed for three months and have made arrangements to stay again next summer. We liked being close to JRCC because we love golf. You can also walk to the movie theatre, restaurants, shopping and workout center Would recommend this condo to anyone.

We were so pleased with our stay at your condo. Everything was perfect. We loved the great kitchen and spacious floor plan. Our three kids loved having their own room and loft area. But I have to say that the view is what I appreciated the most. Wonderful restaurants, movies and bowling within walking distance for after ski fun. Easy drive to the ski resorts. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything.

Our family of 4 loved this condo. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable and we found the location very convenient to everything in Park City. Also, nice to be in walking distance of restaurants, movie theater an bowling alley. This unit has great views from the side and back windows. The garage was very much appreciated on cold snowy days. Especially liked the extra sinks outside of both upstairs bathrooms which made getting ready at the same time go much faster. Will definitely rent this unit again if ever in Park City.

We had a wonderful time in Park City during the Christmas break thanks to your luxurious town home and beautiful Park City. This condo has everything you can hope for and a little more. It was spacious for our family of 5. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms big and beautiful.The garage is a big plus especially after the snow storm:-) The condo is in Newpark which is only 30 minutes to the airport and 10-15 minutes to Park City skiing. There is a shuttle available from airport and to Park City so you don't even need a car. You can also find all kind of restaurants,shops and entertainment like bowling and movies in Newpark. There is even Tanger Outlet stores on the other side of the main road! The skiing is exceptional in Park City and yes, it's the best snow in the world.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Nice Townhome

Very nice place. Sleeps 8 - King, 2 twins, a twin trundle in loft and a pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen and nice furnishings throughout. Nice location as it backs up to nature preserve. No road or commercial noise. Walking distance to the whole NewPark and Redstone commercial areas. There are restaurants, food markets, movies, bowling alley, bars and more. Free bus stop also near. Only negatives - internet is wired not wireless if that matters, no hot tub, and some pedestrian traffic on path in front of the living room if you care. Overall very pleasant.

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay! Last year our adult children rented at Canyons; however with parents joining them this year everyone wanted more space. Town home is spacious and the views from the living room and master bedroom sliding doors of mountain and preserve were beautiful and tranquil. The home is located on the end so we were able to back out our SUV from gargage easily; not sure we could have done so in the condos next to it. The town home was well-equipped and clean. Lots of closet space for boots and coats and wonderful walk-in closet in master. Liked the extra sinks located near both bathrooms upstairs. The location is great near numerous restaurants; Smith and Whole Foods grocery stores and Breeze ski rental. (Book on-line and get discount). Easy drive to all nearby ski resorts. (Bought discounted ski tickets in Salt Lake City near airport.) Would have been perfect with a hot tub!

We stayed in this condo for 16 nights during the summer. Our experience was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and well-furnished. The views were spectacular. A big plus was that we were within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We would definately stay here again.

We really loved the property. If there are two couples staying here, it might be a little akward sleeping wise. However, we moved the two single beds together to make a queen; worked very well. It is best to have a car staying here, as you have more freedom to get to the area resorts. One word of advice, I wouldn't waste your time with The Canyons. Really was dissapointing. It is worth making the trek to Alta, really great place. Also, you can't purchase discount lift tickets (except for The Canyons)in Summit County (Park City), so take the time to purchase them in Salt Lake (at local ski shops) before you travel up to the resorts. We bought ours at Ski N'See.

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything is fresh and new and clean. Nicely decorated with beautiful comfortable furniture. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all appliances and necessities. The views are beautiful! Each morning we saw hot air balloons lifting off over the meadow. Great location, really close to many great ski resorts. The restaurants and stores closeby were excellent. It was the perfect size for a family of 5. We enjoyed an awesome ski vacation, and would love to stay here again!

My company had the opportunity to participate in this years Sundance Film Festival. We cam across this place the last minute, after our original booking fell through--and what a surprise it was to all of us that went. This place is top-notch when it comes to rented condos. The owners keep this place very well stocked with everyday necessities, you otherwise ignore when on business trips, like a microwave, laundry wash/dryers, etc.--it's also kept impeccably clean. The 10 minute drive to Main Street for all the festivities was a breeze compared to what us seasoned LA drivers are accustomed to. Highly recommended and definitely planning on coming back, hopefully sooner than later.

My family and I stayed in this unit for four nights earlier this month. The view of the meadows (presumably) and mountains is superb. We especially appreciated the convenience of being able to walk to the local restaurants and shops in the village just minutes away. A fabulous Wild Oats natural foods store is located at the other end of the Village if you prefer to cook in or get take-out dishes rather than go out. For those of you who may take issue with the owner's description of Deer Valley as the number 1 resort in the country, you will be pleased to know that areas such as Alta and Snowbird are not that much farther away than if you stayed in downtown SLC. We were in the parking lot at Alta 40 minutes after leaving our unit! All in all, a very comfortable place to stay with much to do nearby.
