1 bedroom apartment with communal pool (pool open 1st May- 7 Oct) & manicured gardens. Private garden and terrace. Situated in an established private residence with secure private parking. Ideal location 7 min walk from the famous port of St Tropez and 200m from Bouillabaisse beach. 5 min drive to Pampelonne beaches. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard of finish throughout. Travertine flooring, polished travertine wall tiling to bathroom. New furniture throughout. The private garden is landscaped (travertine paving/mood lighting) for alfresco lounging with a decking area incorporating a shower and day bed. The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the citadel (castle), supermarkets and shops. Location/local amenities: The apartment is in a fantastic location within walking distance of all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, the citadel (castle), supermarkets and shops. The famous port of St Tropez is 7 minutes walk and Bouillabaisse beach is 200m.

St Tropez offers a host of amenities and attractions. It has all the glitz and glamour you could wish, yet still retaining its unique charm as an old fishing village. Attractions from, local craft to high end fashion boutiques, magnificent yachts, numerous cafes where you can watch people or admire the harbour artists. There is also a renowned market held on Saturdays and Tuesdays in the Place des Lices.

Travel - Toulon airport 50 min. Nice Airport 1 hour 10 mins. Toulon Gare is the nearest Train station. Trains run from Kings Cross via Lille or Paris.

Beaches and activities: Bouillabaisse beach is 200m from the apartment which has fine golden sand, clear blue sea and wonderful views of the bay of St Tropez. There are also 3 beach restaurants to choose from. The more famous Pampelonne beach can be found 5 min drive from the apartment which have numerous bars, restaurants and beach clubs.

Leisure activities - facilities are close by within a few miles such as golf, jet skiing, sailing, boating, Aqua park go karting (Port Grimaud), horse riding, vineyards (Pampelonne), if required.
