Enjoy a memorable family vacation in our direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two full bath condominium. This elevated, first floor condominium features spectacular views of the ocean and beach. The master bedroom and the living room are oceanfront and each has sliders to the oceanfront balcony. Every room in the unit has a view of the ocean.
The home has an atmosphere that is elegant yet beach casual, with rattan and beach-themed furniture. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and very generous-sized bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. Linens are not provided, please bring bed sheets, bath and beach towels. The unit has central air and there are ceiling fans if you like to keep the windows open and hear the sounds of the ocean waves.
Other conveniences include a mini washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, a 40" Toshiba flat screen TV, VCR and DVD player. We now provide wireless internet for those who can't leave their computer at home. There is a 19" TV and DVD player in the second bedroom and master bedroom also has a 26" flat-screen TV. There is a small DVD library as well an X-BOX 360 with several games. Each bathroom has a blow-dryer. Eight beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach bags, two boogie boards and some beach toys are provided so you will not have to bring those large items.
The condo is meticulously maintained- everything is in working order with regular checks to make sure it is in excellent condition for our tenants.
Oceana II is situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Ocean City, Maryland in a seven story, low-rise building. The facility has an outdoor pool and an elevator, and there is one reserved parking space and off-street parking available nearby. The building is centrally-located between 82nd and 83rd Streets and is walking distance to many varied and fine restaurants, bars, stores and activities.
This is a non-smoking and no pets unit.

We had a lovely time! the condo was very clean and well kept. It was obvious that the condo is cared for. I will definately stay here again.

This was a first vacation for my family since we had our daughter three years ago and it was a wonderful experience. The condo had everything you could imagine or want. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were well used and appreciated, along with the binoculars for dolphin watching. The kitchen and utility room was well stocked and came in handy. Will definately return next year!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at Beach Vista last week and just loved it! It was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Having use of the beach chairs and umbrella was very convenient. The location was great and the view spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time during our stay in your condo. The view was fantastic! The beach area was clean and not real crowded. The most relaxing part was watching the sunrise and set upon the water; absolutely beautiful. We would definitely love to rent your condo again and again!
