This larger spacious house (not a small cottage) is all about water views, Mountain views, and Night time City Light Views. From the moment you walk in the front door you will see Monterey Bay all the way to Lover's Point! The master bedroom, family room, kitchen and living room all have a full view of the Monterey City Lights at night and the sailboats on the bay during the day. You are looking out over the rooftops here so privacy is absolute.

The entire backyard has a view that just will not quit. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the ocean sipping a glass of wine. Make sure your food does not burn on the new grill as you lose yourself in the water's many colors.
Hardwood Floors, Large eat-in kitchen with the view. Sunbathe on the concrete patio outside the house. Very accessible to downtown Monterey locations (just a bit over 3 mi to downtown Monterey). Go shopping in nearby Carmel (7 mi) or take a day trip to Big Sur. Or just stay put. It is all up to you.
Special Note: The gardens and backyard overlooking the bay at night are set up with unique solar lights, inside the umbrellas (3 tables), on the yard decor and the old oak tree in such as way that combined with the water view, it is quite inspiring or so people say. Our guests say it's so beautiful they don't want to go to sleep.
Ask about last minute specials...last minute specials are booked 24 to 48 hours in advance of your stay.
WEDDINGS: We host a lot of wedding parties and their guests at our homes because they are all close to each other with similar amenities.
We can even provide a harpist for the wedding should you desire.
