Located in a valley deep in the Alps, Saas Fee deserves its nickname: "Pearl of the Alps! We spent a few days and stayed in this typical Swiss Chalet renovated with the most refined tastes. From what I experienced I can say that the owner has judged essential to respect both environment and local architecture to preserve the authenticity of the site. By combining these criteria with the highest comfort to meet the expectations of the most demanding guests (myself), she has created a place of serenity where visitors can treat themself to a well-deserved rest. Whether you are a vacationer, a traveler or a sports enthusiast like myself you will be able to indulge in a real relaxing experience on your own or with your family and friends. The surroundings provide a large variety of activities. On my side I discovered snowboard for the first time and enjoyed riding the slopes as I evolved rapidly to become a snow surf lover. The village has everything we needed; shops, restaurants, bars (for the after-ski), sports shops and rental shops for those who forget their equipment. I can only recommend this place and its owner as they made this amazing experience unique while on my way to discover Switzerland and its winter rituals.

Ce petit havre de paix est idéal pour un séjour à Saas fee! On y retrouve toute l'authenticité d'un Chalet Suisse dans un cadre Montagnard idyllique. Les chambres et salles de séjour sont spacieuses et le Sauna est fortement apprécié après une journée de ski! Vivement recommandé

Hi Katia, I just wanted to say thank you for providing us with a beautiful chalet for our wonderful week in Saas Fee! Everything worked so well, Chef was a great bonus after a long day out and the children really liked him and his cooking! It was wonderful to find our box of croissants and rolls every morning, you have made a very welcoming chalet for a large group to stay in comfortably. The transport arrangement worked perfectly and it was lovely to have a private minibus to transfer us to and from Geneva. Hopefully see you again in the future! Come with your family, come with two families, come with three families, there is space for everyone. Come with a group of friend you will be bluffed. Cosy and authentic atmosphere. You can feel you are in the first chalet of Saas-Fee! Everything refurbished with taste, a perfect location. Relaxing and entertaining, can be used for all purposes. No words to describe what can be tried by yourselves.

Chalet Klaudia is the perfect place to stay with family and friends. I went with a group of friends and the beautifully furnished chalet (in top condition) had everything we wanted: a large dining room and fully-equiped kitchen, a cosy living room with plenty of space for everyone in the house, a luxurious sauna, and beautiful views onto the mountains. Everything we needed was there, even games! It is located within walking distance from the center of the village and about 15 minutes away from the ski lifts. I can only recommend a vacation at Chalet Klaudia.

Great Chalet in Saas-Fee!

We went to this chalet for a long week-end (4days) with 15 of my friends! This chalet is amazing, old and antique from the outside but totally new and comfortable inside! Everything is brand new, the rooms and the bathroom are just sooo cute and the kitchen is very functional! There is plenty of place for everyone if you're looking for a place to go with friends or family! There is even a sauna! The chalet was very clean and well maintained. The chalet is located 10 walking minutes from the center of the village. But as Saas-Fee is a car free village, it is very nice to walk around to discover the village. You can arrive at the ski lift in 10 or maybe 15 minutes due to the ski shoes. I definitely recommend this chalet for its location, its facilities and the number of rooms and place that is available.

My friends and I spent several days in the Chalet at the beginning of the season. It was the first time for us in Saas Fee and it was a great experience! The Chalet is ideally located : 5-10 min walk from the center, no neighbor, very quiet. The Chalet is really cozy, large rooms and suites, nice private areas with a big kitchen table, living room and even a sauna to really enjoy the after ski! Everything is decorated in a modern/traditional chalet style. In brief, the chalet was ideal for enjoying the ski and the after ski with 15 other friends.

Wonderful stay in a cosy, typical chalet in Saas-Fee, Switzerland! The chalet is fully furnished, with large and beautiful rooms, living room and a huge dinner table which is very convivial. The open kitchen and spacious sofas are very friendly... and the absence of neighbors is ideal. The sauna is a must :-) and the mountain view amazing! We loved the village and chalet atmosphere... Can't wait to come back!!!

Perfect Summer Family Vacation

Our 10-member, three generation family has just returned from spending the first week of July 2011 at Chalet Klaudia, and we all loved it. The house is ideal for a family vacation, being unusually well-equipped, spotlessly maintained and furnished to a high level. The renovation of an old chalet, it has been cleverly laid out and clearly designed with groups in mind, and it is easy to cook and clean up as a team there. There is plenty of sitting space, as well as big tables for dining and things like doing jigsaw puzzles. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable, with good sheets and big towels. There are magnificent mountain views from every window as well as the large terrace in front. The owner was away from Saas-Fee when we were there, so we did not meet, but her English is excellent and we found her very nice to deal with in arranging the rental, and all went smoothly in her absence. While Saas-Fee is often thought of first as a ski resort, it is also an excellent place for a summer vacation, and the weather during our week was glorious. The cable cars give access to splendid walks, and the wildflowers when we were there were beautiful. The chalet is in a quiet location near the edge of the car-free village, and our grandchildren (ages nine through 12) loved being able to run about the town on their own.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The chalet is beautiful and we were very happy with the accomodation. Our stay was very pleasant and we were very pleased with all the activities we could do in Saas-Fee. We found the services Katia provided very convenient and her advices of what to do in Saas-Fee were very insightful, we had an amazing time!! Looking forward to go back!

Une petite semaine en famille bien reposante.. Quoi que le ski sur les pentes de Saas-Fee l'était un peu moins! Le Chalet Klaudia est très bien équipé avec une grande cuisine et un très grand salon. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et agréables. Je le recommande à tous les amoureux de la montagne. Profitez bien!

Hi everybody, I and my friends spent a really nice time in "Chalet Klaudia". We went there last year in December for New Year and it was the perfect place to stay. The staff is very friendly and the chalet is absolutely beautiful. I definitely advise you that place if you're looking for a week of fun and snow :)

Two families with 8 children staying at Chalet Klaudia had a perfect time in this wonderful house. Beautifully furnished and a lot of space with a wonderful view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the spacious dinning room and all the other commodities. We can highly recommend this place.

Dear Katia, Already 2 weeks back from our holiday - but still with very strong memories. I would like to thank you on behalf of us all; we had a great time staying at Klaudia! Over the past 6 years, we have been on skiing holiday with this group, with new friends joining and others skipping for a year or two, but we all felt that this was the best house of all we had during these years. You have combined a big kitchen (with all the tools and pans available - we have experienced serious shortages) with a convenient dinner space and the living room both attached to it in one big open space. It allowed all of us to interact and communicate easily, while still being in our favorite hangout. The beds and showers were of good quality. Ands last but not least, the sauna which we have all used multiple times!

We had the most fantastic family holiday in Saas Fee with twelve of us ranging in age from six to seventy! Chalet Klaudia has been beautifully renovated with top of the range fixtures and fittings, quality linens and beds, and a very well equipped kitchen. It is extremely spacious with lovely bedrooms,plenty of shower/bath rooms and a wonderful sauna. In a lovely sunny location in the village with fantastic views, the chalet is 15-20 mins walk to the ski slopes. Saas Fee has the best skiing, but there is something for everyone with walking, sledging, dining, shopping and stunning scenery. I can highly recommend this chalet - it is absolutely fantastic - many thanks to the owner!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
