Spacious two-story home with three bedrooms, Living Room w/wood fireplace, Dining Room, and 1 bath on first floor. Second floor with Living Room, extra large bedroom and bath. Master BR has 1 queen bed, the other 2 BR downstairs each have a full size bed. Upstairs BR has 2 twins and 1 full.
Outside decks off each floor and ceiling fans in every room. House has been completely updated with new kitchen, tile, and carpet. A very comfortable, cozy home with a full wall brick fireplace. Our home is located on the southeast end of the lake, 5 minutes from Exit 21 on the northway. We are one street behind the homes directly on the lake. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and miniature golf. 1/2 mile walk to Lake George Village.

In all honesty, we could not have asked for a better house to rent over July 4th weekend. It is the perfect distance from town; long enough to be able to appreciate the pristine lake, but short enough as to not be spent by the time you get to town in the middle of the summer (7-10 min walk). I went with nine other 25 year olds, there was plenty of space and the revamped kitchen appliances made cooking a breeze. I strongly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot virtually next to the beach. PS - Lori gives great bar/restaurant advice.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

The house was perfect for our 2 families to share. The sleeping areas are seperated enough from common areas. The house is within walking distance to the village and beach areas which was added benefit. Parking was a little tight for 3 cars, but once we figured out it was easy to manage. The house was clean and comfortable and had updated appliances in the kitchen. We would recommend this property to friends and family. We rented a boat from Snug Harbor Marina South and found the experience exceptional. The staff was professional and provided exceptional experience for time. We recommend them to other family with us and they were able to rent boat and had similar experience. Also we would recommend dining at Raintree restaurant on 9N. We had great experience at dinner with my wife and 3 children.
