  I just want to say how much we loved staying in your home for our summer vacation. The house was so beautiful! It was close enough to the beaches that we went to watch the sunsets every night. The house is very private, but close enough to many stores for your shopping needs. We were so surprised at how large the home was as well as the pool. The clubhouse pool was also a nice extra added benefit. Thank you for your kindness and easy renting process. We had a wonderful time!

  I would just like to encourage anyone who is considering renting this villa to go ahead and do so. You won't be disappointed. The villa is clean, very spacious, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is also very well equipped. Oh and did I say spacious? The home is very roomy. There were only 3 in our group, but this home could easily accommodate 2 families. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Many beautiful golf courses just minutes from villa, which was our purpose of visiting the area. If you like to golf, don't miss River Strand and The Legacy at Lakewood Ranch. The booking process with David was a breeze--very simple with clear instructions provided. In summary, everything was just fantastic and I will definitely book again if I return to this area.

  We go to this florida house 1 week with friends... We were two families for a total of 4 adults and 6 children and have enough space! The spot was great, proximity, luxe and everything ! I will recommanded it to anybody and probably rent it again next years...

  We rented this home to house us and some of our guests and family for a week at the end of June, 2011 for my daughter's wedding in Sarasota. The house was spacious, nicely appointed and fit our needs perfectly. We had to search through the closets to find towels, but everything we needed was there. The rental process went smoothly. The living room, kitchen and family room are all connected so if both TVs were going at the same time, it was a bit noisy due to the tiled floors. However, since we were watching Wimbledon on both sets, it wasn't a problem! Lovely big TVs, too. The beds were very comfortable. It was very hot (over 100 degrees) when we were there, I could have wished for a lightweight blanket as I found the comforter/duvet on the bed to be too much and the sheet not enough with the a/c on. Fortunately, I had brought a blanket, but that would be a recommendation for the owner - a lightweight fleece blanket for each bed would be a helpful addition to the linens. The master bathroom is palatial! I was impressed to find maintenance people coming to service the pool and the exterior landscaping. Obviously the property is well-maintained. There is a big Sweetbay supermarket only a couple of signals west on 53rd Ave E which was very convenient, and also a gas station right on the corner of 45th St. E and 53rd with a small convenience store as well. I-75 is accessed off 53rd Ave E, and several miles north on I-75 at exit 224 is a large outlet mall. There's a mall south of Bradenton on highway 41 just after highway 301 as well. The Sarasota airport is maybe all of 15 minutes away, the Tampa airport, 1 hour exactly via I-75 and I-275. It was easy to find our way around the area. Our guests spent a day at Siesta Key and loved it, also they went to Anna Maria Island. We found it too hot the first three days we were there to go outside, even to use the pool except in the evening, but fortunately it cooled off somewhat later in the week. By then we were busy with wedding activities. This property lived up to everything in the pictures and description, we just loved it and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a place in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

  My husband, myself and our adult son spent 6 weeks in this home from February 20th until April 3rd. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the general condition of this home. There was plently of space for when our daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids came to visit. They especially loved the lanai and pool and also the larger pool and park, which is within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. I'm a bit of a shopaholic and I certainly satisfied my addiction during this vacation. The proximity of great shopping is very important to me and it was a short drive to many great stores and shopping areas. Plus they are constantly building new stores in this Bradenton area. We cooked at home but also often ate out and there's a wide variety of great restaurants in the area which range from moderate to fine dining. The dishes, pots and pans, linens and all other household essentials were plentiful and in excellent condition. The only small criticism I had was that there were so many dishes in the cupboards I had to move a few things around to fit in all my groceries. I wished I had use of the pantry. If we had any minor concerns the property manager was always available to correct the issue. This is important to us as we have rented in both Sarasota and Bradenton for the past 4 years and it's always nice to know that even though the owners are not in the country there is someone close by who is responsible for the upkeep of the home. All in all my husband and I would unconditionally reccomend this home to anyone looking to vacation in a lovely, large, well maintained rental property. I think it's perfect for families, golfers or shoppers. In fact we have already booked our 2012 holiday at this home and will be very anxious to leave the cold Canadian weather for our warm winter getaway.

  Great holiday home with very spacious living areas and a fantastic neighbourhood. Excellent location, close to shopping and sightseeing yet nestled in a little suburban oasis - very calming after a long day of activities. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a holiday in Florida with all the comforts of home, plus a few extra to boot!

  We had a fantastic stay here! The house was extremely spacious and accommodated everyone really well, it was great for the kids to be able to have their own rooms. The heated pool was fantastic and even though the outside temperature was pretty cold the kids were swimming every day. Excellent location for golf courses and shopping, many located only a few minutes drive away. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

  This beautiful, spacious home accommodated our family perfectly. It met all our needs, with the open plan design, giving us more than enough room for our 2-week stay. It was absolutely immaculate and extremely well equipped. Our grandchildren loved the heated pool, as well as the children's playground a 5-minute walk away. It's an extremely safe neighbourhood, especially for small children and the relative peace and quiet was a welcome relief after a hectic week in Orlando. The house is maintained to a very high standard and makes for very easy living. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering a holiday in this area.

  We are a group of very serious British golfers who visit the gulf coast every other year. We have stayed at this property on three occasions now and its location is excellent and the accommodation and facilities provided are superb. After a round of golf it’s great to return to Bookelia Circle and have a relaxing swim in the lovely pool prior to heading out to one of the many restaurants nearby. The TV is very good and the free wireless internet is great for posting the days scores on our website and communicating with home. On the domestic side the laundry room is great and while we make little use of the kitchen an excellent set of white goods accessories are present. Golf courses not to miss: Waterlefe, Legacy, Riverwood, Rosedale, The Bobcat and if you don't mind a 100 mile drive Pine Barrens at World Woods is worth the journey. These are very good testing courses, which we have played many times, but there are dozens more in the area to choose from. Best wings are at Gekos pub and restaurant near I75 close to Publix store. We have them every day after our game with a little liquid refreshment. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation and the very helpful owner. It is an ideal villa for groups and large families of all ages.

  The villa was just amazing and smart and lived up to the information on the web. It was so spacious that our family party of 7 people felt very comfortable and relaxed, we all wished that we could stop for another week. The younger members of the family were all impressed with the huge tv in the lounge and the big pool, the bedrooms were all very comfortable and the master bedroom was superb also there were really good facilities for cooking and laundry. The villa is situated on a very exclusive estate and not too far from major stores (including Walmart) and numerous restaurants, also the outlet shops in Ellenton is only 15 minutes away. It was also easy to reach many of the attractions around Bradenton and Sarascota, and was just an hours drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa. We really enjoyed the pier in Bradenton which was also good for fishing, and the restaurant there served some really good fish dishes at a reasonable price. Anna Marie island has two fishing piers and we spent quite a lot of time, it is really worth a visit. And as a bonus the communal pool is just 5 minutes walk away from the villa and was large enough to have a really good swim. We will certainly return in the not too distant future.
