Lovely and quiet but with most things on the doorstep.Loved the location and the house which felt so homely as soon as we arrived.Wish we could stay another week feels like home to us.The time just flys by and we cant wait to come back.

Very lovely house,my daughter had a blast.This was a nice getaway and my husband loved the dock and caught lots of fish.I hardly ever saw him.Thanks for letting us stay in this house

After a week in Orlando,this part of Florida,somewhere new for us,was a welcome surprise and the villa was fantastic.We fell in love with it.Especially loved the pool,the hot tub,the kayak and the TV with the fanstatic DVD collection.

can only agree that this is a superb spot-lovely house,enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Had some wonderful sightings particularly of a large dolphin who enjoyed splashing me with his/her tail.Also saw manatee with a baby and the otters.The latter was particularly thrilling as we had never seen one in the wild.Crystal Springs State park was a must as wanted to see bald eagle.Not in vain.Saw nest and adult pair,one in flight.Magnificent !Some greta photos going back to the Fylde Coast.

This is our 4th time in Florida but first time out of Orlando area.We came to relax but did loads! We absolutely recommend an airboat ride - fabulous fun.We hired a pontoon boat from River Safaris just up the road and saw dolphins and manatees in the river.All in all we had a super holiday here-pool and hot tub a hit with the kids especially.

We had a great week.Weather warm 68F and only rained one day.We found this a home from home and love the selection of DVDs and CDs.Saw lots of heron and fish every morning and an otter playing in the Creek.Pool and hot tub were fun and we will be back hopefully some time in the future.

What a great holiday.The house has been ideal.The hot tub took a while to master but it was worth the wait.The pool is great ,warm and we have swum so much we are going home lighter.A sad goodbye but who knows we may return

Where do I start with your villa.We had a 2 week stay in Florida and the first villa in Orlando was superb and we were aprehensive about leaving it but I had seen the photos on your website its wonderful setting by the river.Well it didnt disappoint.When we arrived at Homosassa it had just stopped raining and the whole area looked like something out of a movie.It was not like anythingI have experienced before,it was quite beautiful.When we arrived at the villathe word "wow" was used especially when we looked at the viewto the rear.I can quite honestlysay itwas the best place we have ever visited for a holiday.I cant fault anything about it.Our boys aged 12 & 15 never wanted to leave the house,they loved the pool,spa,kayak and TV.Thank you for letting us stay in your villa,it was really fantastic.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely, quiet setting. The heated pool and hot tub are wonderful. Perfect place to enjoy nature and the local "Old Florida" ambiance. One negative comment - there are no screens on the bedroom or bath windows - can't open them without inviting the bugs. But we would definitely stay here again!
