Come enjoy this Powderwood Resort Two Bedroom/Two Bath + Loft Condominium in Park City, Utah. This corner unit is on the upper level and has the best location in the complex. It is quiet, peaceful and overlooks open space. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountains and the Utah Olympic Park ski jumps from the balcony and master bedroom. You may even see the occasional herd of wild elk pass by.
Conveniently located at Kimball Junction just 30 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport. Powderwood is serviced by Park City's free shuttle every 30 minutes which can take you to The Canyons(three miles) Park City Mountain Resort (six miles), Deer Valley (eight miles) or to Main Street. You are also a short 30-mile drive from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton resorts. The unit is a short walk to the Tanger Outlet stores and approximately one-half mile to Redstone Center which has a variety of shops and restaurants as well as a cinema complex.
The condominium is fully furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and three twin beds in the loft. There is also a Queen convertible sleeper sofa in the living room. Cable TV is available in all rooms with a VCR/DVD in the living room/Master bedroom & VCR in 2nd bedroom. Choose from a variety of movies from our video library. A travel crib is also available for infants upon request. The unit is fully equipped all new stainless steel appliances,a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, telephone, hair dryer, towels and linens, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as all kitchen supplies.
Powderwood also has a tri-level clubhouse available with a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs (1 just steps from the condominium), sauna, tennis courts, exercise room, pool table and a lounge with big screen cable TV.
