Beautiful, new, four bedroom, three and a half bath, single-family home, just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, city playground, shops and public library. This beautiful home has three levels of living space and plenty of outside parking. Nestled in the trees, this home provides a quiet, peaceful vacation retreat, yet is only three blocks to the beach.

*Located on a private drive just off of Jefferson Bridge road 0.1 miles to the West of Rte. 1.
*Short, 10 minute walk to the beach or drive in just 1-2 minutes.
*Floor plan accommodates multiple families or couples.
First floor with master bedroom (King bed and full bath)
First floor sitting room and washer/dryer
Second level living area, consisting of an open floor plan, with a fully-equipped
kitchen, upgraded features including large island w/seating, quartz countertops, maple
cabinetry and brand new appliances (including a wine cooler).
*Enjoy family meals in the large dining room or in the private screened-in porch off the kitchen. After meals, spend quality time in the sunken great room off the kitchen or relax on the adjoining large deck.
*Three more bedrooms and a second washer and dryer on the third floor. The first bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds and a twin daybed with a pull-out twin bed; the middle bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom is the second master bedroom, with a King size bed and a full bath. The bath has an oversized shower, with a rain showerhead and a second showerhead. And after your beach visits, don't forget about the air conditioned/heated "outdoor shower" on the lower rear deck.
*Decks on every level in the front and back, providing 1,200 square feet of decking. This provides plenty of room for sunning or relaxing in the shade. There are plenty of quiet spaces to read a book, yet the decks are large enough to accommodate a group, as well as for family members and friends.
*Beach, local restaurants (including a crabhouse and the famous Cottage Cafe), a drugstore and gourmet coffee shop all just a short walk away. You can also walk to the Boardwalk or the City Playground to entertain the kids.
*Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City are all a short drive, offering nightlife, amusement rides in Ocean City and great outlet shopping in Rehoboth.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Undesignated
We both frequented the DE beaches growing up, and when we married we decided we wanted to make it a family tradition of our own. We bought land in 2001, and built our home in 2006. We love the family-friendly nature of Bethany.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house is a short walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes! We also have convenience retail within walking distance. Forget something? Walk to the Happy Harry's? Need to stock the liquor cabinet for the week? Walk to the liquor store across the street. Hungry? Walk 5 minutes to Mickey's crab shack, the famous Cottage Cafe, Armand's, etc. just down the road. And of course, you can take a nice morning walk to get your coffee, too.

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful home. It was plenty big and everybody had enough space to spread out. We especially loved eating outside on the screened in porch. We are all looking forward to next summer in Bethany Beach!

You have a beautiful house...very spacious. We had so much fun here. The balconies are perfect for sitting around and talking or reading or just listening to the leaves rustle. It was an easy walk to the beach. Thank you.
