  We loved this cabin. Perfect for two couples. About 30 minutes away from Sunrise Ski Resort. Has all the amenities one would need for a weekend getaway. Very cozy and felt secluded. Would highly recommend and will return.

  This cabin's description is right on with our experience---it is neat, clean, no smoking, no pets, and convenient with our outdoor activities. We didn't even use the upstairs, but the lower master bedroom bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, the den was homey, and the kitchen was supplied sufficiently to cook almost anything you want. The front deck is even the best part for the ultimate in relaxation! I will point out that plan on the weather being cool enough at night so you don't have to use the windows---the next door neighbor likes to run his saw in the garage until late hours with the door open. However, I must say the neighbors are very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend and we will probably return next year!

  Owner response: I contacted my neighbor regarding the use of wood working equipment. He responded that he was feverishly working on a school project for his grandaughter and was overtaken by the moment, trying to complete the project on a deadline. He assured me that he would not use his equipment in the evening hours after 6PM. This neighbor spends little time at his vacation home. I am very sorry for any inconvenience to the tenants.

  My wife and I recently stayed at the Chalet Cabin in Pinetop and we had a wonderful experience. We rent cabins in the area from time to time and this was our first stay here. From booking our reservation to our actual stay, our experience was excellent. When booking, we not only found the property to be competitively priced, but Chuck was profesional, prompt, and fair to deal with. Unfortunately that hasn't always the case with other property owners. We've encountered hiden fees, price quotes that don't match the website, unreasonable cancellation policies, etc. That made this transaction a breath of fresh air both literally and figuratively. Upon our arrival were impressed by the gandiose nature of the cabin's entry set in the secluded and peaceful surroundings of tall pines. With our expectations now at a peak, we entered to find a beautifully appointed cabin with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The high ceilings, large windows and expansive front deck offered exactly what we were there for; to experience the cool mountain air, be among the dense trees and observe the small wildlife in their natural surroundings. Inside the cabin we found comfortable and roomy sleeping quarters and everything you would need to enjoy a getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantice excursion, or time to enjoy family and friends, we would highly recommend this property. I would imagine it's even more impressive in the Winter months and a great place for skiers to stay close to the slopes. In summary, we were so impressed, we've already booked another stay.

  This cabin was beautiful, even more than the pictures showed. We stayed for a four day weekend and had everything we needed. It was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. The family room is a big open space with a floor to ceiling fireplace made of river stone. This cabin has two bedrooms with king size beds and a loft with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is downstairs and the other is upstairs. There's a deck along the front of the cabin with a grill that made for some great dinners at night and coffee drinking in the morning. There were lots of big windows with wonderful views of the forest. The cabin was in a very good location with only a couple of neighbors on either side. It was quiet and very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Beautiful location, and located right in the middle of big Ponderosa Pine Trees. Forest to the back, and very quite. Great eating area outside, from the door leading to the Kitchen on a big patio. Very private too. Climate great and the cabin has a lot of wood inside, cielings, and great fireplace. Great place to relax and good point to start in either direction on highway 260.

  This rental was fantastic. They provided all of the necessary items so that we could relax and enjoy the pines. The house was very spacious and was built in a very nice location. We normally rent a very rustic cabin in the area for the same price. But we were surprised to find that the owners ensured that everything was available so that we did not have to pack all of the small items such as kitchen utensils, towels, and bed furnishings. We will continue to rent this location each trip that we make twice per year.

  The cabin was a perfect getaway for the weekend. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer. Everything was clean and in working order. The children loved it. We will book here everytime we visit the white mountains.

  WE SPEND NEW YEARS VACATION ON THIS BEAUTIFULL CHALET, THE PROPERTY IS AMAZING MY KIDS HAVE THE TIME OF THEIR LIVES IN THE SNOW, ALSO SLEEPING IN THE LOFT ALONG SIDE THE BEAR TROPHY WAS GREAT, THIS CHALET WE RECOMEND IT FOR A FAMILY VACATION , THE EXPERIENCE WAS ALL WE EXPECTED AND MORE, THE OWNER WAS VARY KIND AND MANTAINED US UPDATED ON THE SNOW CONDITIONS.
