Conveniently located to I-75, Naples Heritage is a gated condominium and single home community built around a scenic and newly renovated, challenging golf course. Location is 10 minutes from downtown Naples and the Gulf Coast beaches and less than five minutes from all other amenities.
The unit is in excellent condition on the second floor overlooking a long pond and the 17th fairway. Fully furnished, screened-in lanai and patio at either end of the unit with ceiling fans make for relaxing mornings or evenings with cross ventilation. The unit has only been used three months each out of the last five years by mature,retired couples.
Naples Heritage is a bundled golf community. Golf membership transfers to tenant for a nominal fee. Reciprocals with more than 50 other south Gulf Coast courses available. The course is newly renovated complete with driving range and clubhouse.
