Crab, fish, sun, & swim off the dock while enjoying a real great tension relieving summer vacation at the Jersey shore. Cruise this beautiful bay with your boat or jet ski - knowing that afterwards you can return to dock it safely and securely right out back. This summer place is truly one of the best rental properties in the Lavallette area. It's about time you stayed at a great place and say "now this is a vacation."
If you don't have a boat, you will still enjoy the wonderful views of the bay while catching fish and crabs right from the dock - your kids will just love it! And afterwards, head to the beach to catch some more rays & ocean waves.
This deck is covered by indoor/outdoor carpeting and is great for grilling and chilling as you take in the breath taking island sunsets while sipping on that favorite beverage of choice.
SINGLE family occupancy with 3 bedrooms: 1 Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Second Bedroom and two twin trundle bed in the Third Bedroom, all bedrooms have spacious closets and dressers. A convenient eat-in kitchen with TV and a spectacular view of Barnegat Bay. A full bath with large size tub. The large living-room is a great place to relax for the entire family and watch your favorite TV program on a 42" LCD HDTV with DVD. High speed WIFI internet access is also available for your laptop.
Clean and updated, the house has wall-to-wall carpeting with vintage knotty-pine, wood paneling. Private driveway and Off-street parking. The home sleeps one family up to six members. Pillows and blankets are provided but linens and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.
This is a family community, no group rentals or rentals to minors or college students. Security and cleaning deposit is required.

Minutes from many exceptional restaurants and the famous Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant boardwalks - two exceptional amusement places with thrill rides, restaurants, seaside bars, water slides, miniature golf, prize amusements and plenty of arcades. Bring your bocce balls and play at the community beach right next door. Weekly ocean beach badges are available: $8.00 per badge, children under 12 do not require a badge.

Wonderful, fantastic, marvelous. Words don’t express the true feeling you get when you see the view. Our first night here I stayed out back until 11:30 PM – fireworks, stars, the sound of the water and bird island. What a treasure you have here and I want to thank you for sharing your home.
The house is clean, pleasing to the eye, and perfect size & layout. Loved the outdoor shower! Everyone enjoyed crabbing and swimming off the dock. A most appreciated surprise, your Welcome Box. We have never had that kind of hospitality extended to us. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful time here & our one year old loved seeing all of the nature that is here. Family came for a day who were also vacationing in the area & couldn’t stop commenting on how nice this house is & what a great spot. It rained on & off this day, but the kids still were crabbing all day. Said “it’s a day they’ll remember.” We’ve been spoiled all week with these views, day & night, rain or shine. At first sight, we knew this house would be a joy not only for our family, but our extended family who also have homes in Lavallette. This house was one of the best beach homes we’ve ever stayed in. Between the cleanness & the extremely enjoyable deck & dock to the ever so welcoming box of goodies. The sunsets were amazingly gorgeous and the dock & deck brought our family together for some most memorable times! It was also very covenent to have our boat right in the backyard and being able to crab & fish right in the back yard, we even caught a (small) striped bass.
The house holds extremely fond & amazing memories our family has created here. Thank you once again for everything & we look forward to spending future summers here in Lavallette!

What a pleasant surprise to walk into this house and see the backyard is the bay! The view is beautiful and having the luxury of jumping on the wave runner whenever we wanted was a treat! It rained a few rains but not even that could dampen the wonderful time we had here. Thank you for loaning us this beautiful house with a personal dock, a beautiful bay, and a wonderful beach!! We had an amazing time.
