Our brand new (built in 2006) first floor condo is located in Colony II of Oyster Bay Golf Links. It is conveniently located a few steps away from the pool, the hot tub and the exercise room with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It offers bright, open rooms with high ceilings and comfortable furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with decorations of an oriental theme. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with white wicker furniture, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with ocean fish theme. The sofa in the living room can convert to a queen size bed to accommodate a maximum of eight people.
There is a 32 inch TV and a DVD/VHS player in the living room. Another TV can be found in the third bedroom. The kitchen is open, spacious and well stocked with cooking wares, as well as a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, etc. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryers are all provided.
Colony II offers a beautiful outdoor and indoor swimming pool, an indoor hot tub and an exercise room, outside grills. You can relax and enjoy the quiet community, yet you are only a short drive away from all the excitements.
Besides the picturesque Oyster Bay Golf Links, there are several other golf courses nearby, including Sandpiper Bay, Sea Trail, Ocean Ridge, The Pearl, Thistel, and Angle?s Trace. Intercostal waterway is just a short walk away. The famed seafood capital Calabash is only a short drive and a further 10 miles south one finds all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment of Myrtle Beach.
