Our family feels so blessed to be able to offer our beach home for rental, and we work hard to make sure that it exceeds your every expectation. New this year is our focus on health and the environment in our fixtures and amenities. From the organic cotton sheets to the earth and allergy friendly cleaning supplies to the energy efficient lighting, Pink Lemonade offers the unique opportunity for your family to experience the magic of a gulf-side vacation while still feeling good about protecting the earth and your family's health and well being.

And the surprises don't end there. Pink Lemonade is exceptionally situated in Morgantown, one of the best family friendly communities on the entire gulf coast. Morgantown is unique in that there are no high-rise buildings in our community, so traffic both on our quiet streets and on our gorgeous beach is much better than you would expect - even during the summer months. And Pink Lemonade allows your family safe and quick access to all Morgantown has to offer. Our home is centrally located just a very short walk to both pools, the tennis courts, and two beach access boardwalks.

Although it's hard to top the exterior surroundings, you'll find that Pink Lemonade is just as special after you enter our front door. The gulf-facing covered porches offer your family a multitude of ways to relax, dine outside, listen to the waves, and just enjoy being on vacation. The spacious master bedroom, one of three upstairs bedrooms, has a king sized bed, large private bath and access to a private covered porch with a beautiful gulf view. The two other upstairs bedrooms each have access to a covered porch with views of a small lake and the wetlands. One has a queen sized bed, the other one has a king sized bed and they share a bath. Downstairs, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath.

The main living spaces have gulf views and access to the downstairs screened porch. We have a large kitchen complete with all you need including high end cookware, spices, and a large washer and dryer. We have included satellite TV's, DVD player, lots of beach toys, bikes, books and movies. Under the house is plenty of shaded outdoor space for your family to cook out (using our new gas grill), enjoy the picnic table, wash off in the outdoor shower, and enjoy a safe play area.

If you feel that you need to venture out of Morgantown, there is a marina just down the road with a great restaurant, "Tacky Jacks," which has good food and beautiful views of the bay. Your family can watch sea gulls, marine life, and distant ships while enjoying delicious seafood. If you prefer to cook it yourself, there is a fresh seafood shop on the peninsula and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. There are several exceptional choices for golf that are only minutes away in addition to a real historic Fort to explore, and close access to a ferry that crosses the bay to Dauphin Island.

This is just simply a great area in which to take a family vacation and stay as busy as you want or just do nothing and enjoy the peaceful ambiance along with a refreshing "Pink Lemonade."
