Welcome to our family condominium--your home away from home! Our second floor, newly furnished corner unit is located in a quiet, well-maintained, gated community with a heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and clubhouse. Conveniently located only minutes from sun-drenched tranquil gulf beaches, Sanibel/Captiva Islands, restaurants, shopping, golf courses--all the best the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer!

The kitchen is fully-equipped for your every need and includes a breakfast bar with stools and a full-size washer and dryer. The vaulted-ceiling great room (dining area and Living Room) is tastefully decorated in a tropical theme.

The dining area includes a dinette set with baker's rack and the Living Room boasts a fully-equipped entertainment center including an HDTV with surround sound, Stereo/CD/DVD player for your enjoyment.

The master Bedroom has a queen-size bed with a full bath, walk-in closet and cable TV. The second Bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third Bedroom has two twin beds. All are beautifully furnished with dressers, night stands, lighting, telephones and alarm clocks.

The screened-in, lake view lanai has a bistro table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee, sunset meal or to just read a good book! May your vacation in our condo be a pleasurable experience.

  • My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo for 3 months (Jan- Mar, 2008). It is a clean, quiet, gated community and very well equipped. Everything we needed (food, pharmacy, video, post office, liquor store, gas, coffee shop) was within walking distance and the bank was just a two minute drive away. The service of the owners (we dealt with Betty) was exceptional. Any issue that came up was immediately dealt with. We would heartily reccommend this palce to stay. Judy & Tim

  • The owners go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The condo is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Anything you could imagine is available to you which made the stay even more pleasant. I would return to Bellemar most definitely. I couldn't have been more comfortable.

  • My husband, four children and I just finished staying here and we couldn't be more happier. The place was impeccably clean,quiet and with all the latest amenities. The location is easy to find and so close to everything, we were amazed. We loved the idea of being given a "guest book" filled with every answer one may have about the condo and surroundings, it made everything so easy and inviting.The rooms were so tastefully decorated, we felt like we were staying at a top notch hotel! We felt like we were given the royal treatment and would definately want to utilize this great place again. We all had so much fun!....Thank you!!
