One of the best beach settings that I have ever seen......one step away!!! The furniture was brand new and the electronics was the top of the line. You can check your email from the 55" tv. Nobody had to argue over the recliners, because there are three!!!! You can watch Netflix through the smart tv. High Def, 3D, smart TV! Yeah! thank you Gil and Debbie for such an amazing experience! Debbie was so right, your toes go right to the sand! Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful beach house. My family enjoyed the stay, the weather & the beach!!!! I can't believe that it is only 2 steps away from the sea.The weather was beautiful, the house has everything that we needed. It was enough for my family, the porch is so nice. Too bad we have to leave, we are moving to the one on top because this one is not vacant for two straight weeks. We will make sure we get it again next summer for 2 weeks. Amazing view....closest we have ever been to the ocean!! Our kids loved walking straight to the sand and the dog loved sitting on the deck! Great to hear these waves in bed too. Nice to park near the door and not deal with an elevator. We got fresh fish at Destin Ice seafood and ate on the deck. Fun to hit a few golf balls. We had a great week...... Thanks for having us!!! We sure got lucky when we found your place. The location was prime, the view beautiful & the condo so comfy. We enjoyed it so very much. Most wonderful condo and access to the beach! We absolutely loved every minute of it, and plan on returning soon for our next visit. The condo is perfect for a get-a-way, especially when you are with the one you love:) The owners are FABOLOUS, and thank you for renting it to us on such short notice, we do not want to stay ANYWHERE else! and the decorating in the condo is perfect. Cancellation is requested 60 days before your stay....all monies minus cc charge will be refunded upon completion of re-renting the unit.
$500.00 deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 60days before your stay in Spring and Fall. It is due 30 days before your stay in Peak Summer.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
There is a non-refundable $50.00 pet fee.
If you stay 3 days or less, you will be charged the 60.00 cleaning fee.

I chose to own a rental property in this area due to the fact that my whole family owns property here and it is centrally located for anything I can imagine. It is directly on the beach and in a gated community with several pools, tennis courts, golf course and restaurants.
