Our condo is 1100 square feet on the end of the first floor of the North Tower of Ocean Creek with a large wraparound balcony where you can relax with a table, 4 tall chairs and a lounger along with another table and 4 chairs with a picturesque view of the creek, marsh and ocean and easy access to the beach. It is approximately 17 feet above the ground for security. You have 3 cable TV's, one a flat screen, a DVD, a radio and WIFI to use. Both bedrooms have room darkening shades with comfortable beds. There is a double bed, a queen bed, a walk-in closet and a double vanity in the master bedroom/bath and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom that is connected to a bathroom also. The condo has a washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. A new flat screen HD TV and a new heat pump were added in December, 2010. The condo was repainted and renovated in December, 2009. New rugs and hurricane glass and sliding doors were added in July, 2008.
The many windows provide plenty of sunshine and ventilation throughout the unit. You can relax in the living room on a very comfortable full sleep sofa and 2 chairs. The dining area has 6 additional chairs along with a table for your use. There is a wet bar next to the kitchen. This condo received new mattresses and new living room furniture in 2005. It has had all new appliances since 2002 and new counter tops and a sink in the kitchen in 2004.
Ocean Creek Resort is a 57 acre resort with 24 hour security at the entrance, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, one dedicated solely to the North Tower, whirlpool, kids' playground, volleyball courts, tennis courts, putting green, fitness center, game room, nature trail and bicycle paths. The Ocean Front Beach Club with a large ocean front pool and kiddy pool has a gazebo, playground, snack bar and grill.
This resort is located across from Barefoot Landing which has over 100 shops including Ron Jon Surf Shop, many restaurants, and the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues and Alligator Adventure. There are over 100 championship golf courses in the area. The resort is located at the north end of Myrtle Beach near the North Myrtle Beach line close to Restaurant Row and Tanger Outlets.
The WEEKLY RATES for 2012 are the same as for 2011.
Rates include taxes (12%).
Daily rentals require a 4 night minimum stay.
Monthly rentals are available for 2012 in the winter, spring and fall.

There is an additional refundable $50 security/damage deposit.

My husband and I went to Myrtle Beach for the first time in 1980 with our son. We have gone every year since then except for the year our daughter was born. Our children always wanted to go back every year. In 2002 we decided to purchase a place in Myrtle Beach so we could enjoy it every year in our own special place on the ocean. Why the Owner Chose Other Windy Hill Properties
We chose this condo because it is in Ocean Creek and we have the ocean and the creek to enjoy. Ocean Creek has many resort amenities including: several pools, indoor and outdoor, an indoor hot tub, tennis courts, kids' playground areas, snack bar and 2 miles of unspoiled and undeveloped beach next to the property. We loved the grounds that are well maintained and like being across the street from Barefoot Landing.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are 8 tennis courts on the property and a large ocean front pool with a kiddie pool, playground and volley ball courts there with the snack bar and grill. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent. There is a fitness center and game room on the property as well as a bicycle path and nature trails.

Stayed here for the first time and LOVED it. Traveled with my husband and 2 sons, 9 and 14 years old. We could have stayed at the beach all day long. The creek had something for everyone! Our condo's location was perfect! It was our home away from home. Everything provided! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the use of your fabulous condo! It made our first trip to Myrtle Beach so comfortable. The location was perfect as we spent all our time at the beach, "river", pool and Barefoot Landing. The condo is large, clean and has a great view. Hopefully we'll be back again next year.

This is our 3rd year here and we come back in March 2011. Condo tres bien. We loved it. Tout etait parfait, merci pour les nouveau ustensils de cuisine, tres beau and ultra bonne quatiti. Notre sejour fait parfait. Le condo est tres propre a notre arrivei avec touslier papier, toileto, ustensiler, merci for Betty and John very clean. Thank you very much for everything.

This is our 3rd year here and loved it again! So relaxing and close to everything. We always wish we could stay another month! As always everything was in order! We enjoyed very much our stay here - the creek, the balcony view, the condo setup - all are great! The kids have loved playing in the creek and building sand castles on the beach. Having such good weather has been a big bonus. Thanks so much for providing this lovely place.
