504 Is Located In The 3rd Arch From Left To Right - Panama City Beach Vacation Condo Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ground floor beach bungalow. Located across Thomas Drive from the Majestic Gulf of Mexico in the beautiful villas of St. Thomas Square. Our balcony faces a quiet and restful private lake with two fountains that you're sure to enjoy. Look for various waterfowl, turtles and fish in the lake. The entrance to the villas is on Joan Avenue. Hammerhead Fred's Oyster Bar is located across the street and Wendy's is on the edge of the property. There is a Mexican restaurant located in the shops at the complex, and also The Winery which is local. Other restaurants are within walking distance, and there is an amusement park adjacent to the property. The beach is a short walk away, just across Thomas Drive. You could also drive over to a nearby public park and enjoy the beach and gulf. Showers and bathrooms are provided for public use. The on-site pool is kept very clean for your warm weather enjoyment. Bathrooms and showers are convenient to the pool. There is a sauna. The lighted tennis courts are very nice. There is a multi-slip boat dock on North Lagoon, located behind the pool and activity center. On-site parking for your boat or jet ski trailer is provided for your use during your stay. If you are lucky enough to catch a few fish, a "cleaning table" is provided on the dock. After you catch 'em and clean 'em, you might enjoy cookin' 'em on the BBQ grills located near the pool deck. Some guests enjoy renting a pontoon boat during their stay and keeping it at the dock of the resort. Our condo comes complete with a king-sized bed in the bedroom with 25" TV with remote and DVD. The living-dining area is complete with dining table and 4 chairs and additional seating at the bar for two. The queen sofa opens into a sleeper. A 50" man-sized TV with remote, DVD, VCR and Stereo is located in this living-dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Park your car in front of the condo. Linens are provided including sheets, towels, dishtowels. Please bring your own beach towels. We provide one set-up of dishwashing detergent, bath soap and toilet tissue. Local and long distance phone calls within the United States are included as our courtesy to you. We also provide DSL internet for your use. Refundable security/damage deposit is $150.00 Primary rentor must be 25 years old and remain with party entire stay. Non-smoking - No Pets Free local and long distance within USA - Free DSL
