The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, private and secure gated complex. The stylish apartment is decorated for your entertainment with original limited edition signed phototgraphs of and images of ireland's legendary musicians including bono, u2, phil lynott and thin lizzy, van morrisson, rory gallagher and shane mcgowan of the pogues. The cosy apartment has one large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage. The living room/ kitchen is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is a large double sofabed in the living room area and a dining area for 4. There is a small railed garden at the front. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower attachment. Instant heating is provided.

The flat is clean with good size. Only downside is that it is in a half underground floor. The reason that I only give 4 star is that the hosue keeper was late. We have waited 45 mins outside the flat for the key. The house keeper did not seem care very much about it.

I must however correct you that it is not really 'underground' rather it is built onto a terraced area where the entrance to the complex from the street level and the entrance to the actual apartment is lower down the slope but on its own level opening onto the courtyard/garden area. This is in fact a common feature of properties in Dublin for example in split-level properties that are numerous in the area and the apartment, you will agree, is very bright. I apologies for being late with the key and will discuss this with the person who assists us with key delivery. Thanks again for your comments and hope to see you again soon!

My husband & I stayed here for our 11th anniversary. Everything was great! From being picked up from the airport to the accomidations. The lack of a TV that was previously mentioned was pretty much the only downfall, but being on holiday we really were not there much to miss it. Great location. Found fantastic restaurants and shops. Would stay again anytime!

I found out after paying for the apartment that it does not have a TV..my mistake..did not read the fine print :( well, I just take it for granted that all apartments have TVs so my bad! Anyway, when we got in there was an overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smell which was surprising since the apartment was supposed to be non smoking..Anyway, we aired the apartment a bit and it took about a few days before we grew less sensitive to the smell. The apartment itself is pretty spacious with the sofabed in the living room and a space to hang things and place suitcases in front of the bathroom. The bedroom was nice and tidy and pretty spacious. The kitchen was ok sized and there were enough amenities to cook up a storm. We had internet but it was pretty slow. The apartment itself is in a nice area and since Dublin was small we walked everywhere. would I use the apartment again or recommend to friends? I suppose I will since it is a pretty good value for money. I just wish they will add a TV for people who wants to stay in at night :)
