Location, Location! Live like a Seattleite in one of our privately owned urban condominiums in the heart of downtown. Located in the trendy Pike/Pine neighborhood and Central Business District you'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and all major downtown attractions. We are 8 blocks east of the Pike Place Market, next to the Washington State Trade and Convention Center and 4 blocks from the Westlake andPacific Place Malls, Monorail (providing a direct link to the Seattle Center, Space Needle and Key Arena)and the metro bus and light rail tunnel (for links to the stadiums, international district and other key locations). Our location, price and flexible lengths of stay make us the perfect choice for business travel, extended stay, or relocation. We offer daily rates (minimum 3 night stay) year round and weekly and monthly rates October through April. Call the office for pricing on stays of 6 months or more.
Each individually owned apartment boasts comfortable beds with cushy comforters, fine furnishings, artwork and accessories unique to each owner's taste and style. Each of our owners are committed to providing the highest quality furnishings and amenities for their guests. All dishware, linens and general household items needed during your stay are provided. Color TV with 80 channel cable, free wireless Internet access, fully equipped kitchens complete with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Rooftop Deck with stunning downtown views, Game Room with regulation size pool table and big screen TV as well as Laundry Facilities are located in the building.
We offer Studios, One and Two Bedroom apartments and a fabulous One Bedroom Penthouse apartment located on the 14th floor with a stunning city view. We can accommodate from 2 people (max for the Studio) up to 6 (max for the 1BD Penthouse and some two bedrooms). Our one bedroom apartments will sleep up to four. Please include in your request which apartment type you are looking for and number of occupants (including children) you need to accommodate.
Parking reservations should be made in advance and will only accommodate small to mid sized vehicles. Cars wider than a small mini-van will be referred to other local parking garages. Guests assume responsibility for all damages incurred during their stay with Seattle Suites.
All of our apartments are stricly non-smoking, no pets. Prorating at a monthly rate is available for stays of more than one month but less than two. We do not prorate on stays less than one month. We do not accept any reservations for stays of less than 3 nights. This is a requirment of the condo association and we do not make exceptions to the minimum stay requirement.

Why the Owner Chose Pike Pine
Fabulous location in the heart of downtown. We bought here because we were impressed by the style of a 1940's building which was updated to condos in the 1990's. The updates were tastefully done while retaining much of the charm of the era. The Elektra Homeowners' CC&R's specifically allow for rentals of 3 days or more making this a great place to buy for owners who wanted to keep a second home in the city, or who find that they need to travel extensively in their profession and have their units empty much of the time. These are the owners we represent. Our owners invest a lot of personal care into maintaining their units because they want to feel as if they are welcoming guests into their own home - which is exactly what they are doing. We have so enjoyed hosting people from all over the country and the world coming to Seattle for temporary work, for relocation, to attend conventions, for medical treatment, to visit family or just to experience this fabulous city and all that it has to offer.

Travelling internationally for 16 years as a management consultant with Microsoft I learned how challenging business travel can be. My best experiences were when I stayed in furnished apartments rather than hotels. I was glad to give up hotel services to stay in a homelike environment with a full kitchen and experience living like a local, particularly when my family travelled with me. After adopting two more children I decided it was time to give up the travelling life and stay closer to home. Starting up this business was just a natural for me. My grown children and myself took my husband to Seattle as a surprise for his 50th birthday. We have always rented hotels, but thought we'd take a chance on the penthouse condo in the Elektra Building. Tons of room for five adults, provided with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, we saw so many sights and enjoyed Seattle thoroughly. We will definitely stay with Seattle Suites again!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Our stay was great! It was nice to have a home away from home. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable here. We saw lots of sights while we stayed and our suite was very conveniently located. We would love to stay again.

Thank you for such a safe, convenient home away from home. This was an ideal place to stay with young children (3&5). They even called it their "hotel house"! We had a wonderful time here and can't wait to come again!

Way better than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the other benefits were awesome. We did the convention center, Pikes Place, Seattle Aquarium, Space Needle, Monorail, ferry, walked around and enjoyed the culture. We ate at Cyber Dog (great hot dogs), Caffe Lorado off 6th and Pine, eat anywhere on Pike, there is such great food. Lorado's is a coffee stand for better coffee than starbucks. Also try the underground tour, Museum of Flight and Duck's ride. We just walked and enjoyed it all. Such neat stores. Bus was free for downtown. We can't wait till next year.

We have truly enjoyed staying at Seattle Suites/Elektra condo building. Location is so convenient, everything in this unit is accessible, and the nice king-sized bed is awesome!! Would love to stay here again next time around.
