This Summerlin condo is the BEST! Beautiful and comfortable!!! Everything you will need is waiting for you. Just bring your bathing suits...and clothes if you choose to leave the condo :) Absolutely fantabulous beach! Very quiet. Saw many dolphins! Beach service was awesome! This was a super relaxing vacation!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Cindy is amazing to work with!! She was quick to answer any questions we had! Plenty of stuff to do there on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach and Destin! Overall best place to eat is the Louisiana Lagniappe in Destin which is only 6 miles from the Island.

We had a wonderful stay. It was very hot during our stay in Florida, but the condo was nice and cool and great to stay there. The view was wonderful, and we saw dolphins almost every day in the gulf from the balcony. The condo is quite and looks just like the pictures. The beach service is wonderful to have also.

We were here for our spring break '11 and had a great time. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Very nicely decorated with top of the line everything. The view from the balcony was great. Dolphins daily, several times a day. Everything about this condo was great. We love, love, love this location. Not overly crowded and nice clean beaches! C-ya next year!

The condo was beautiful, just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time.The beach was clean and not over crowded. We had two teenage girls with us and had no problems. I look forward to returning in the next year or two. A GREAT place to stay.

We stayed in this condo in August and again in October, 2010...it looked just like the pictures...very clean and tastefully decorated...everything you needed was provided ,,,.the owner was excellent to work with ....the view is amazing with dolphins swimming early in the morning....we just loved it.....you would too....we will definitely be returning to this condo soon

we just returned from staying at summerlin in ft. walton beach. the condo was lovely and the beaches were clean and oil free. i would recommend staying at this property to family and friends. it's nice to stay at one of the smaller size condo buildings so you can avoid waiting on elevators and you can get to your car within seconds. the beach service was great. it was nice to have an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach every morning just waiting for us.

We just returned from vacation. The condo was very nice. Decorated beautifully. Came down with other families (that had other condos @ Summerlin) and all complimented the decor and the beauty of this condo. I have rented another condo @ Summerlin and I liked this corner unit very much. Owner very nice to work with. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing and enjoyable. Will come back to Okaloosa again! Great restaurants around area. Only thing I can recommend is beach chair service, so we don't always have to bring chairs and umbrella down every day.

Wow! What a great place for my family! We have searched for a repeat vacation condo and this is it! We had a great time, and the condo was just great! I will definitely book this one again! We were all blown away with the view, and watched dolphins swimming the day we arrived! The place was remarkably clean, and we were very pleased with our stay! We will be back next year! Thanks for the 2009 vacation memories!

My sister and I took our 84 year old mother on vacation for mother's day and what a wonderful time we had. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. If you want a nice laid back atmosphere this is it. The condo was spotless. And what a view from the balacony or on your way to the elevator. I can't wait to go back.

My family and I stayed in this unit in September 07. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything needed for the perfect vacation. Any problems encountered were settled immeadiately by phone. We had a wonderful time ane I have been recomending this place to all my friends and family that are looking for a great vacation experience.

Wonderful! Immaculate! The decorating is so nice. Loved the granite floors, and counters, the plasma TV and quality entertainment system. First class, all the way. Will be back!
