This large, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, Ocean Breeze villa is ideally located. A number of beach entrances are but a few minutes walk. Three community pools are on premises, the nearest just steps from the rear deck. A tennis court is located on premises, and the Van Der Meer tennis facility, is just a short walk away. A health club is nearby and offers affordable, weekly family memberships. Coligny Plaza, with its many shops and restaurants is nearby.
Our villa has been completely renovated, incorporating upscale furniture, appliances, and electronics. The living room and bedrooms all have ceiling fans. The bedroom floors have beautiful berber carpeting, the bathroom floors have ceramic tile, and the dining and living room are Swedish pine laminate.
The first floor includes a living room, dining room, queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. The living room is large, and contains two sofas and three club chairs plus a large armoire with a 33 inch TV, DVD player, and stereo system with CD, radio, and tape deck. Cable service with over 100 channels,plus 50 music channels, along with high speed internet service, RJ45 and wireless, are included.
The kitchen is spacious. It is fully equipped, including a large pantry, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with icemaker, glass top stove with self-cleaning oven, and a built-in microwave. The counter top provides ample work space, along with a breakfast bar and three bar chairs. The dining area includes a large table with six chairs and a buffet.
The first floor bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, two side tables, and a large chest of drawers. Cable TV is included in this room as well.
The second floor contains a master bedroom, master bathroom, a second bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom. A linen closet and a laundry room, with oversized, individual washer and dryer, are located in the hallway.
The master bedroom includes a large double closet, a chest of drawers, a king size bed with pillow-top mattress, and two side tables. It also includes an armoire with 27 inch TV and DVD player. The master bath has a large vanity and double sinks, and a full size tub with shower. It also includes a large linen closet.
The second bedroom contains twin beds, a chest of drawers, and a single closet. The bathroom contains a vanity and a full size tub with shower.
A gas grill is located on the deck, which overlooks a lush wooded backyard. Also included are beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. A wheeled beach cart is provided to transport your beach needs easily. All linens, except beach towels, and a setup of paper products are provided.
