Everyone will enjoy the sparkling pool and the comfort of the hot tub after a long day of golf or touring our beautiful desert. You will enjoy over 2500 square feet of space, a large and open kitchen and great room plus three full baths.
This home comes complete with brand new furnishings, a big-screen (62 inch) high-definition television with surround sound in the family room, leather and over-stuffed sofas. Every bedroom has 350 to 600 thread-count sateen linens, down feather beds and cable television. High speed internet access and unlimited local phone calls. A private back yard for your swimming and barbecuing pleasure. (the pool is NOT heated and is typically comfortable for swimming from late May until late September)

We are Bill and Diane. Bill owns a data communications company here in Tucson and I am a licensed realtor. We have four children who are grown, in college, working and living their lives.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Bill and I live and work in this very community. We love the proximity to the freeway (but far enough away that there is no freeway noise)which is great when you travel often. It makes access to everything in Tucson and the surrounding area very easy. The freeway in Tucson (Interstate 10) runs the perimiter of Tucson not through it. So, if you stay in the center of town, most of your driving is on very congested surface streets. It could take 45 minutes just to reach the freeway to get to many destinations in and around the area. Our neighborhood is quiet with sidewalks everywhere which is great for the many runners and walkers in the area. We have all the amenities of the city including restaurants, shopping, golf and gyms without the super-concentrated traffic.
